My family and I were in the market for a projector for our movie nights, and this one has exceeded our expectations. One standout feature is the built-in Google TV app, which gives you instant access to streaming platforms like Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, and more. You can also use voice commands to search or navigate through content just like other smart devices. In the video, I also show how the voice control feature works. One small downside is that I couldn’t download the DIRECTV app, and I hope they make it available soon. In the meantime, I can use other apps as alternatives. The image quality is impressive, I’ve included some comparison photos with the lights on and off—you can still see a lot of detail even with the lights on. Thanks to auto-focus and auto-keystone, the projector automatically adjusts for a sharp, clear picture, even if you move it closer or farther from the screen. The K12 also supports Bluetooth and HDMI ARC, so I can wirelessly connect it to my existing speakers via Bluetooth, or use an HDMI cable. Click to play video I’ve been really impressed with this projector. I wanted something quieter and brighter than the cheap one we had been using for a while. The fan on this is very quiet compared to the old one and it is bright enough that I can watch it during the day without having to close all the blinds in the room. The set up was very easy out of the box and I like the fact it has Google TV integrated in the unit which reduces the amount of cables it needs - just the power cable now I don’t have to link my old Google TV stick to the device. I also found that Google TV doesn’t have app restrictions like the cheaper Android units I was looking at; so I can get Disney+ and Hulu no problem. The remote is also good and has some hot keys for the major apps. It also uses voice assistant which is handy. The autofocus and keystone works really well and you can also adjust it manually using the remote control which is good especially if you have the unit mounted on the ceiling or somewhere tricky to get to. The picture is very clear and the colors are vivid - much more than my old one was given the extra brightness. It also picks up the WiFi signal in my house very well - my old one would drop from time to time especially if I was casting from my phone. I haven’t had that problem with this one once. It’s a great unit, it would make a good Xmas gift. Glad we upgraded to it.

Click to play video I love this projector. It has all the features I've been looking for in a projector of this size. It is small enough to pack up for a dinner party or movie night with friends. It's got a built in speaker, or if you want better sound, you can connect your own bluetooth speaker to it as well since it has Bluetooth 5.2 which is so much better than the older bluetooth 5.0 or any previous gen. It also has wifi 6 which is one of the best wifi versions you can get on something like this at this price point. Wifi 6 is so much faster and can handle much higher quality video while streaming so there's no lag or delay while watching any video streaming services. I've owned quite a few other projectors in the past and this one has so much more features for the price and the video (as can be seen in my video) is crisp and the image is brilliant and bright. It's hard to tell in the video because I'm using my phone to record, but the actual video is so much better in person. Just buy this and see for yourself. It also has much higher brightness settings than other projectors around the same price, which is a big plus, because that means you can watch it outside and it won't look washed out. Most projectors do not come that bright and can only be watched indoors in a dark room. Not saying this can be watched in bright sunlight, but it can be watched at sunset or when it's still light outside. Anyways, another great feature it has is that it automatically focuses if you happen to move the projector to another spot, or happen to bump into it. This is a game changer, because you don't have to go through the settings all over again, the projector just automatically focuses by itself because it has a built in sensor that "sees" what's being projected on the screen and fix itself if it is out of focus, that is amazing! The remote has built in google assistant so you can just talk to the remote and tell it what you want to watch and it'll go there automatically. All in all, this is the projector to get, I've tried them all and this one takes the cake.

I miei precedenti proiettori erano tutti mini proiettori facili da trasportare, con poche caratteristiche extra. Stavolta ho voluto provare qualcosa di un po' più costoso, e devo dire che è stata un ottima idea! Luminosissimo anche di giorno con la luce esterna è perfettamente visibile (allego foto). Al buio poi è quasi perfetto! Proietta un immagine molto ampia a poca distanza, in foto 1 è posizionato a 2,7 metri e produce uno schermo di circa 100"". Altra caratteristica che apprezzo molto è il keystone e focus automatici. Funziona benissimo, ma c'è la possibilità di regolarli anche manualmente. Nella foto 4, il proiettore è posizionato di alto e genera comunque un immagine perfettamente in squadro. Poi la cosa più figa, ha integrata Android TV con tutte le applicazioni compatibili. (Il software è stato anche aggiornato da poco). Si può usare anche con una fonte esterna HDMI o USB. Ha audio integrato che fa il suo, ma naturalmente si può collegare una cassa bluetooth e avrete un suono ancora migliore. Ottima qualità prezzo. Click to play video The K12 projector was very easy to setup. I had it up and running in just a few minutes. The auto focus feature is new and works well, as my previous projector did not have this feature. I have it set to project onto my 100" projection screen and found it very easy to set it up to fill the complete screen from within my room. I was very surprised with the brightness that the 1000 Lumens produces and also the vivid colors, especially when watching F1 racing. I was also very pleased by the quality and size of the picture. I see that it now includes HDMI ARC support, but I did not try it, as my stereo does not have an HDMI input. Regardless I was able to use the audio output to connect to my surround sound stereo and was able to get great surround sound. The Google TV built into this is an added bonus, as it provides seamless access to many streaming services and apps, so that you no longer need to use an external device like Amazon Fire TV stick or Google TV (extra costs). I should note that this unit includes only one HDMI port, which is all I really need. This one port apparently can be used for either HDMI input or HDMI ARC output. There is an option in the configuration to turn on/off the HDMI ARC support. I am very happy with this projector and feel it's good quality and value compared to other much more expensive ones and definitely recommend it. Click to play video Tenía un proyector Wimius con el que estaba muy contento, pero el ajuste de tamaño, trapezoidal y de enfoque era manual y bastante tedioso. En este, todo es automático y es una absoluta maravilla; si el proyector se mueve un poco, se ajusta prácticamente en segundos, y si necesitas hacer algún ajuste fino, puedes sin problemas. Viene con un solo HDMI, pero lo compensa con un chromecast integrado que funciona perfectamente y ahorra tener que conectar uno (ya que estos proyectores solían venir con un software nativo mucho más limitado en apps y opciones). Este viene con él, también, pero apenas lo he usado como curiosidad El contraste y definición es mucho mejor que mi antiguo proyector, y hasta en una pared grande se ve nítido y definido. El sonido, sin ser buenísimo, es fuerte y siempre se puede conectar un altavoz externo vía jack de 3.5 o por bluetooth En cuanto al wifi, soporta wifi6, aunque mi router no tiene, pero ningún problema por ahí, la conexión es estable y reproduce contenidos 4K sin problema, aunque nativamente es 1080p El mando parece resistente, viene con pilas y tiene botones de acceso directo para las principales apps, tengo que ver si se pueden reprogramar En resumen, una muy buena compra por el precio que tiene.

Click to play video I got this to upgrade from an older projector. This new unit has great picture quality, auto focus, very easy setup and the colors are amazing. It took minutes from opening the box to having it running. Very easy to setup the wifi from there I could watch Disney plus and Netflix with no problems. The brightness is a huge improvement over my older unit. The average quality is great. The housing itself is tough and feels heavy the fan isn't very loud and the built in speakers work well. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Click to play video Well, my son's current bedroom projector was now due for an upgrade after developing a large number of stuck pixels. This time, however, I didn't want just a bare bones projector with the typical 200 or 300 lumens. I wanted to make sure the replacement was brighter, required fewer manual adjustments and included more than just the ability to project an image. There are a few options to choose from, but after a quick search I came across the PUTRIMS, which not only offered more lumens but also had Google TV OFFICIALLY built-in. After unboxing, I checked everything over and it was a nice change to see no manual focus knobs. Inside the box you'll also find the manual, remote, HDMI cable, power cord and lens cleaner. I flipped the unit over and removed the rubber feet to get to the mounting holes, secured the ceiling mount and installed the projector in a few minutes. I then removed the lens cap, turned it on and was introduced to a nice, bright image. After a quick boot-up it automatically focused the image to near perfect sharpness. Since I mounted it perfectly centered to the screen I've no need to use keystone, but moving the projector off center the keystone worked automatically as expected. This provides a lot of flexibility for less-than-ideal placements. I'm happy to report it's certainly a step up from the previous projector. Although I don't have a light meter, I could easily tell it's a good bit brighter than the one it's replacing and had ZERO stuck pixels. I then created a new Google account for my son and proceeded to follow the prompts to get Google TV up and running in no time. I'm pleased to say the Google TV interface is nice and snappy and has the apps we needed (Disney+ primarily, but there's also Netflix and Amazon Prime and many others to choose from). I uninstalled what we didn't need and then installed Kodi from the Google Store since we also stream our DVD and Bluray collection from our media server (a god-send when the internet is down). Everything worked like a charm. Also note, there is an HDMI and USB connection on the back if you want to use another source device like a Fire TV stick or Apple TV, and you can set up the projector to start using either HDMI or Google TV by default when powered on, which ever you prefer. Great option to have for those who need that. The video quality was very nice. There's a number of video settings to choose from during playback (Standard, Movie, Music, Game, Office and User). I ended up selecting User with Brightness at 46, Sharpness at 40, Contrast at 57 and Saturation at 75. This gave me a nice punchy picture that felt natural. Pros: Automatic focus works very well, Google TV built in, brighter than other PJs in this price range, flexible placement for a variety of settings, pixel perfect out of the box Cons: No batteries included for the remote Overall, I am very pleased with this projector from PUTRIMS. Recommended!
