Ordered this on Wednesday and it got to me on Friday! I love this stand. It hangs my Koshi chimes and it is a good aesthetic. Easy to put together and great quality. Wasnt a bad price. And very functional. Great size for what I needed it for.

Made of actually wood, this stand is nice and sturdy. Setup was easy and quick. Just a few screws and it's done. Best of all the top is screwed together. My last one, though pretty, was held together with glue. This one will take the weight of a gong. Size is good for a standard table sized gong and works well. Good value for a solid wood piece.

I have a set of four Koshi Chimes that are on an almost identical stand. This stand was ordered to be able to hang two of the chimes on the other side of a sound healing instrument setup. I will also be getting a small 14” gong that will be able to hang in this stand. The design of the stand itself is nice, and the top panel should just slide into two side panels. Unfortunately, the top piece that came with it did not have one side of it routed out for the slot to slide into the side panels, and the side that is routed, is a little rough. This would make it completely unusable for the average joe, as it can not be assembled. I’m going to find a few minutes to mark it and use the compact router to make the grove so it can be assembled. One thing I noticed that is different from my existing stand, is that it just slides together and does not need a top screw to keep it together. I’m going to keep this stand like that too, so it can be easily disassembled to three flat pieces for transport. These are cool little stands for chimes and small gongs, but the one I got did not have proper quality control, and can not be assembled without reworking a part. The seller did communicate with me to send a replacement stand; so the seller of these stands provides good product support. I now have one of these stands for Koshi chimes, and the other one with a 14" gong. On a side note, it looks like this stand would accommodate a bit larger of a gong as well, likely a 16".

This stand is durable, strong, and was super easy to assemble. I’m impressed with how stable it feels, even when loaded up. I made a chime instrument out of it. The kids loved it!

This stand has some problems. My biggest issue is that the pilot holes drilled in one of the legs aren’t lined up with the foot correctly, and so the foot doesn’t sit flush on the leg. The foot tilts to the inside, and I’m not sure it’s going to stay secure for long. We tightened it up as much as we could, and are only using it for lightweight chimes. I’d be more worried if I were using it for a gong. I do appreciate that they included screws to keep the top securely in place on the legs. There are no pilot holes for those screws though. You either have to drill your own or let the screws make their own holes. The hooks are good quality and are securely in place.

I used it for a display stand, but could see it working well for cymbals. Easy to assemble and seems fairly sturdy. Measure for your cymbal size as it is not very adjustable.

Basic stand. Does the job. This stand is solid wood. I am unsure if it has like a polyurethane type finish on it or not, because the finish isn’t particularly shiny. Assembly was easy, which consisted of screwing the feet onto the bottom of the legs, sliding the top onto the legs, and then adding screws to secure the top. I am using this stand for my Koshi chimes and it works quite well. I have a stand that is almost identical to this stand, but I like this one better because my other stand did not have screws to secure the top. This stand is more sturdy and stable, which I appreciate.
