· 【High Conversion Efficiency】SOKIOVOLA 160W solar panels use A+ Grade 16BB monocrystalline solar cells with a conversion efficiency of up to 25%.NextGen N-type solar cell technology not only improves the conversion efficiency and charging speed of the panel, but also enhances its stability and durability. The panels are coated with high transmittance ETFE material and have a slightly convex surface, which increases the contact area with sunlight and improves the energy conversion rate. · 【Portable, Foldable, Easy-to-Install Design】Foldable Solar Panel weighs only 13.88 pounds and measures 18.38*23 inches when folded. When unfolded, the 3 built-in brackets can be easily placed on any flat surface to provide you with maximum sunlight. Get you ready for the outdoors, camping, hiking and power outages. · 【Compatible with Most Solar Generators】SOKIOVOLA 160W Portable Solar Panel comes with MC-4 to 4-in-1 solar panel connectors (XT60,DC5521,DC7909 (8mm), Anderson),compatible with most solar generators/portable power stations on the market. Compatible with most solar generators/portable power stations on the market (e.g. Jackery, Ecoflow,Blutti,FlashFish,Goal Zero,Anker, etc.) · 【Waterproof and Durable】SOKIOVOLA Portable Solar Panels are made of advanced ETFE lamination process.SOKIOVOLA outdoor solar panels are made of waterproof dragon dance cloth, which can withstand any outdoor conditions. · 【Package and Support】1x SOKIOVOLA 160W Portable Solar Panel ,1x7.2ft 4-in-1 solar extension cable( solar to XT60/DC5521/DC 7909(8mm)/Anderson) Charging Cable,1x9-in-1 DC connector+DC8020mm,1x user manual ,We also offer an 24-month warranty and a 30-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase. If you encounter any problems during use, please contact us and we will respond within 12 hours. · 【Please Note】Some mobile portable power stations have a maximum input power limit. Even when using SOKIOVOLA solar panels under optimal sunlight conditions, the power received will not exceed the maximum input power limit. However, this does not indicate that the output power of SOKIOVOLA portable solar panels is insufficient. Before placing an order, please double-check the model of your mobile power station and check whether it has a maximum input power limit.

This unit has hard backing and protects the solar panels exceptionally well, and the panels are supposed to be waterproof however the connection box is not. This is apparently normal with most solar panels. I tried the panels on a very cloudy day and the unit still worked well (over 25 watts at times) even when just plugged it and opened it charged 5 watts. I'm using it with the SinKeu E150 power station (20 foot extension cable) which calls for a 60W maximum panel. This solar panel comes with multiple adapters and should work with all power stations and blocks. The output voltage is 18V and 50 watt rated. I highly recommend this unit.

I have used this only once, as a test of its capabilities under very unfavorable conditions for a solar panel, and it did a great job. On a very cloudy day, at 3pm, with the panel at a 45 degree angle to the sun, and a phone and a radio on top of the panel, it was still able to fast charge the phone. Under those conditions I would expect it to be putting out less than 20% of the advertised power and that would not be a fast charge, so that is very impressive. It was still able to provide 19+V at the DC port. The panel feels rigid enough that I am not concerned about breaking the cells under normal use. The metal grommets allow a variety of mounting methods and positions. The least durable part is the output port mound, which is plastic and has no rubber overcoat to prevent impact fractures. The rubber covering for the ports exposes all 3 when removed, and is absolutely not waterproof, just splash resistant, and is not exposed to the sun during charging. The size of the panel when folded is near identical to a 15.6" laptop, just longer, if not counting the added girth due to the port mound.

As expected, it works best on a day with very low humidity, clear blue sky and strong sunshine. Also, you have to keep it perpendicular to the sun. The more you depart from these conditions the worse will be the results. With other words, it will be perfect during a midday trek in June in the Sonoran desert and totally useless during a Christmas trip to Iceland. The device should be delivered with some foldable, adjustable support which keeps it at proper angle to the sun.

Click to play video After my mom's two cats, her dog, and I, were made homeless (in 2023), my mom's two cats died of heatstroke (living with me in my mom's car). About a month ago, an acquaintance gifted me a rechargeable fan — to help keep my mom's dog alive during the warm weather in California. However, I usually don't have time to sit at an outlet and charge all of our equipment. After being gifted some cash for Easter, I thought, "... the only way I am going to keep my little family member alive, is if I buy a solar generator of some kind." Since I had a TACKLife Battery Charger with me, I chose this particular panel because it had one more DC Adapter than some others, and it was more likely to be able to charge all of our equipment. I was almost too discouraged to try this panel/generator on the TACKLife Battery Charger, but after having multiple dead car battery issues, I knew I needed to test the TACKLife Battery Charger first. The smallest DC Adapter in the included set, worked with my TACKLife Battery Charger! I almost cried! Then, I tried Sweetheart's (my mom's dog's) fan — knowing what a power guzzler it is. On a sunny day, this panel/generator can charge that fan as quickly as an AC outlet, and then run the fan (on low), off of the panel's supplied power (not taking any battery power from the fan) — while the panel/generator still charges other equipment. I was able to charge my TACKLife Battery Charger (about 1/2 of a power light), on a rainy day — with the panel set up in the front window of my mom's car — in about two hours! Overall, this piece of equipment has been a total, prayerfully, lifesaving blessing, and is an indispensable part of our current life. God bless all involved in the manufacture and sale of this panel/generator!

I had high hopes for this 200 watt type N panel but end up very disappointed. The package arrived opened, damaged, and obviously previously used. As for the panel itself, the lack of an attached storage pouch and no usable MC4 cables is a negative. Of more importance, while there does seem to be a decent ETFE, the three joints between the panels are so stiff as to make it difficult if not impossible to get the panel to straighten out. I feel that manipulating the panels pack and forth to try to loosen “hinges” would likely damage or break then. The rivets or snaps securing the fold out legs appear weak and not destined for long life either. Honestly, based on these design flaws it is pointless to even test whether the claimed TOPCON efficiency is a plus. This one is a fail and I cannot recommend it.
