Has a constant whining noise when all three 3.5 mm jacks are used. Tried different cables, rearranging the channels, and everything else. Not working at all.

I needed to bring together two audio sources from two computers with one output. This solved the issue and gives me the control I needed. With a Y splitter on the connection I would get feedback and unpredictable volume changes. This was most prominent with computer reboots or when one would go to sleep. This is all gone now. I have been using this for 6 months without issue.

Purchased this little unit to combine the audio output of two adjacent computers used for different purposes. everything was connected with high quality 3.5mm cables and I did replace the supplied power block with a higher quality one I had on hand of the same 12Vdc but 3A and quality made, it did make a difference in the maximum volume output as well as bass quality on my setup, and leads me to believe the 1A unit it came with may be slightly outmatched. All together its a good little unit but you might need a few extra things

Works, but I can tell the audio is overall more quiet. Not by a lot but the max is definitely lower. You might also need to pair this with some ground loop isolators that are also sold on Amazon.

Works well. Get some feed back but the device I am using is know for that. Lost a star since it is a desktop device with a very short power cable. No off button so you have to pull power when not in use.

Seems well built and allows me to use PC speaker with both PC and an auxiliary radio (fed from headphone jack). Very happy with it.
