This pitcher is a dream come true for me. I love love love can't say it enough that this pitcher can handle hot to boiling water for teas or hot cocoa. It's very elegant sleek and modern looking very lightweight to handle. The lid is easy to take on and off as needed. The lid offers pour or filtered so many convinces and the handle is huge. So bugs hands easy to use mine are medium I guess but I love love wide and roomy the handle is. That was a feature for me that I loved besides the hot/ boiled water it could handle.

This is exactly what I wanted - small, but not too small, and nice looking. I like to make more than one serving when I mix a drink of any kind, and wanted a small pitcher to keep just that. Why take up all that refrigerator space when you don't have to? And who wants something that isn't nice to look at? This lovely pitcher takes care of both worries. Highly recommended.

UPDATED BELOW. Gave this to my mother for the holidays. She let me know the handle broke off today (4.5~ months after she got it) when it tipped over on the counter. The vessel seems to be ok. I hope she won’t use it and encounter a sharp edge. She’ll never glue the handle on due to a bad experience some 60 years ago. Don’t get me started. Kinda hope she’ll just put it out with the recycling. The design is a bit of a problem due to the handle placement being high. It’s lovely though and the lid is great. I’m going to look for something with a wider base to replace this one. Or a different shape altogether. It’s been too long and it’s not eligible for return at this point… UPDATE: received an offer for a full refund within two days of writing this. Impressed. Will update again when it goes thru. Thank you. Update 2: seller was very prompt in handling my return. Thank you so much.

Seems very nice overall, but I did have a few issues. The silicone sealant ring sticks too well to the glass, so I had to put a light layer of olive oil on it. It was pulling off whenever I took the top off, before fixing it with oil. It wasn't a big deal, and it was fairly easy to fix, but I imagine this issue would drive some people mad who don't think of the oil trick. A bigger issue for me and one that isn't so easy to remedy is the fact that the container is about a half inch too tall to fit between the shelves in the refrigerator, even on their maximum height. I'm guessing that the bottle was designed independently to be the right maximum height, and then it was no longer the perfect height once they added a lid. The glass is thinner than expected too, but I think that is necessary due to the extra weight that would be adding by a gallon of water. It probably would have been too heavy with thicker glass. Nevertheless, it's very nice and tasteful overall. We'll make it work for us, and giving it less than four stars does not seem just. It would be nearly perfect for us if they would just widen it ever so slightly and then decrease the height by about a half an inch. A decent engineer will always tell you to give something a little bit of tolerance like a little bit of extra space.

Very nice glass pitcher. Looks modern and streamline making it easy to fit into fridge. The handle is nicely placed and balanced, making pouring easy. I use the filtered side and I have no leaks. I make my own hydration water with Trader Joe’s coconut yuzu water, a little maple syrup, pink salt and a cut up meyer lemon or orange off my backyard tree. Makes it easy to keep track of how much water I drink in a day.

I like it and would buy it again. The glass seems durable and who trusts plastic to not leach into our drinks. There's a strainer on top/ cap turns to dam the liquid or pour. I hand-wash. I might not use it if I had young children, but I would place the iced-tea in this item and transfer a lesser amount to another container or pour it for children. It's big enough for 2 quarts of iced tea.
