Came quickly which was nice. Changing out the battery was fast and easy. Good price and worked as described.

I bought these batteries and charger for one of my Arlo Pro 4 cameras. That camera is mounted in a palm tree & gets little shade from the AZ sun. I thought the existing battery had died after two years as it didn't seem to hold a charge even when connected to a solar panel. Long story short, the problem wasn't the existing battery or solar panel, but the camera. If an Arlo Pro 4 burns through battery charge overnight, first try removing from the network and reinstall. That fixed the problem. These batteries and charger are wonderful. Same size as the original Arlo batteries & less expensive. I put one in an Arlo Pro 4, it performs well, stays charged with the help of the solar panel and keeps the camera online. The batteries arrived in a slightly charged condition. The charger got them to 100% in just over 2 hours.

Very happy with my Arlo Pro battery charger. It charges quickly and easy to use. Makes it convenient to have batteries ready to go when the other runs out of charge.

I've been using the charger and batteries for 5 months without a problem. The batteries charge quickly and last a long time. The indicator light/display because it assures me they are fully charged. There is no special instruction necessary. Start using it out of the box.

I really like this little charger. The batteries are near identical to the Arlo batteries with a different brand name on them. The Arlo replacement batteries fit perfectly into the charger. The best advantage of these extra batteries and an extra charger is that if your camera runs out of juice, you don’t have to repeatedly climb a ladder to change the batteries which is a pet peeve of mine, and it also allows you to change it one time instead of having to wait several hours while charging and leave or repeatedly move your ladder, which is a pain. I would recommend these batteries if you’re having this issue.

Batteries are dead after charging them twice. Rather useless. And they cannot be returned / exchanged any longer - total waste of money.

Purchased in October and began using right away. Replaced two batteries on my arlo cameras and they are working very well. They are hooked up to the solar chargers and work great. No issues. I also use the charger with my one arlo that does not have a solar charger, and it does the job perfectly. Would purchase again if my other original arlo batteries go bad.

I purchased this product in November. It lasted two months before it needed to be recharged. I recharged it fully and replaced it in my Arlo Pro 3 camera and all it did was flash a blue light and it could not show anything. I put an original Arlo battery in the same camera and I could see live video. I put the Topwowe battery back in and it still didn't do anything except for the blue light that flashed a couple of times. I would like a replacement. I still haven't heard from Topwowe and I don't expect them to live up to their reputation. No-one should purchase this battery as the charge doesn't last long.

This is my second package of this product - the first had a battery which only marginally charged. I fully charged each of the batteries and used one when needed. It immediately ran down in a matter of days. I recharged it and used both of the batteries, installing them within a day of each other. Checked power level 2-3 days in, steady at 100%. Two days after that both cameras are offline due to low battery readings. Less than a week. Charger is great, batteries are crap. I do not recommend this package. To add insult, I missed my return window by one day. I was out of country....👎👎
