I use this iPad to write, read, draw, watch movies, and play a few games. This is GREAT for beginner, intermediate, AND advanced artist. More advanced artists who work a lot might like a more expensive iPad with a bigger screen but this screen size is perfect. A little smaller than printer paper size. Writing is easy with a nice with a Bluetooth keyboard and case to hold up the screen. The sound quality isn’t *the best* but it’s audible and not painful to deal with. I’m certainly not complaining. I bought a penoval pencil, not the Apple Pencil. Apple Pencil is much too expensive, and the penoval pen works just as well (no pressure sensitivity BUT it’s magentic and has a sleek design and easy charging. Otherwise writes just as good). Overall this is a purchase I’m really glad I made. It’s helped with my productivity (writing and drawing) and is the PERFECT size to read download books. The entertainment is nice too even if the sound quality isn’t as engaging while watching movies but I’m hard of hearing anyways so... I usually like listening to things by myself with Bluetooth earbuds and the sound quality is much better that way.

Bought this iPad edition on Black Friday at a nice price... was considering the mini iPad to replace my old one but this 10.2 latest model is terrific. Battery life is amazing and it is very easy to use, similar to my old one but brighter, more gigs, and great for watching my subscription services since I never had cable and gave up watching regular TV several years ago. I’m very pleased with this model and I’m a dedicated Apple fan. And the camera is great, too. All my photos and apps transferred over perfectly with ease ... certainly eased my anxiety!

I also have an iPhone and was able to transfer all my photos and videos on it and in the cloud to my iPad..... a simple connection did it all .... I was super impressed... it has been a joy and fun to use. The photo and video Quality is great... I have and iPhone 6 .... and got good quality results..I have many thousands of videos and still photos.... I was glad I got the 128 gig memory.... I rate it 10 being the highest rating.... easy to use and portable . Thank you Apple... you hit a home run with this one....Thank you Grow Toulh .. Artist and photographer

I know this has been replaced by the 8th gen since I bought it, but I still believe it is an amazing deal, it feels snappy enough for most tasks, iOS is just the best OS for tablets, drawing with apple pencil is a joy, the only real competition for this are more expensive iPads, if you only use your tablet for videos, web browsing and some light gaming this is more than enough for you. Would be great if it had USB-C but it’s still an amazing package

By no means am I a newbie. I had 20 years of tech experience before getting my first PC, which was a Commodore 64 and I spend a good part of my work week writing and working with software to download hospital data (although I'm not a programmer). I own something like 6 tablets, the rest being Android, and I'm typing this on an Asus Chromebox hardware hacked to run Linux Mint 18.2. Regarding PC's, as the saying goes, "I don't BUY computers, I BUILD computers." My favorite tablet is a Dragon Touch E97, which LOOKS LIKE an iPad, including the 4:3 aspect ratio but runs Android (and is no longer in production). THE reason I bought an iPad is that I mainly use tablets for viewing photos or reading, and the 16:10 aspect ratio of ALL current Android tablets is just a pain. Sooner or later the E97 battery will wear out and I'll have to junk that (like the previous one). I find the huge number of different swipes extremely annoying and confusing--I'm constantly either accidentally activating something or I can't figure out how to do simple things. I also find it annoying that the on-off switch is on the left-hand side (in landscape mode). On the E97 Dragon Touch moved it to the top, next to the volume control. DOESN'T SEEM LIKE A BIG DEAL -- but years ago a major tech blogger pointed out that AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE tablets should be run on EXTERNAL power, NOT the battery. ALL rechargeable batteries have a LIMITED NUMBER OF RECHARGE CYCLES. Running a tablet USUALLY on external power can ADD 18-24 MONTHS to its life. What does that have to do with the power switch? When I'm viewing photos, often in bed, I hold the tablet in PORTRAIT mode--with the POWER CONNECTOR at the TOP (right side in landscape). Which means the ON-OFF SWITCH is at THE BOTTOM (left side). Move the tablet just a LITTLE BIT wrong and it shuts off.

It does what I expected to but there are no frills or features. Better life could be better. Overall it helps me with my clients and I’m happy with the purchase

I bought these as school tablets for my kids. They are being homeschooled and I wanted them to have access to learning games. I also wanted them to have improved tablets from their older kindle and android ones that were too slow. These are definitely a big step up in price but also in quality. My kids can easily use their apps and after some parental setup on my part, I know they won't accidentally open anything inappropriate.

O Produto chegou certinho e bem embalado, dentro do prazo previsto.

Fast shipping. The Ipad was new. The ad stated that it was Aus/NZ stock but it was supplied with a US power supply. The value for money was good though and the power supply issue was remedied by using an existing one.
