I have absolutely loved this iPad so far. I use it for research and writing as well as for livestreaming and learning music. It's sleek and lightweight but is definitely well-built. It looks brand new and operates pretty much perfectly. Sometimes I notice the screen does not respond for a few seconds, but I looked it up and this is apparently common in thus model of the iPad, and doesn't have anything to do with the "renewed" status. The battery lasts days at a time with moderate use and will last pretty much all day even with heavier use. It was so fast and easy to set up. I bought it because I enjoy the one my work provided for work, but wanted my own. My work gave us all an iPad pro for use in our classrooms. I honestly don't notice a huge difference between this iPad and the Pro other than maybe the Cameras. I was really nervous to buy renewed but just couldn't justify a brand new iPad price. I'm so glad I did it. It had been perfect for what I needed.

After reading some reviews I was slightly worried however it’s more than exceeding my expectations. Perfect condition not a scratch that I could find sound and camera work perfectly as well. No issues with set up, description was accurate regarding size and storage. Also held a battery life pretty long after reading and watching multiple shows. Only complaint would be the charger is not Apple but not a big deal for the price I had an extra charger already on hand.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade her mom's aging 2015 vintage iPad as a Christmas gift. Both of them depend on their iPads for everyday use: emails and web browsing, FaceTime, and extensive streaming media. Upon weighing all the new and used options we settled on renewed 64GB 2019 3rd Generation iPad Air. It ticked all the boxes: lightweight, good camera, great display, and plenty of storage. Add to it that the seller had graded the product as being in excellent condition and could ship it quick for a competitive price and we were sold. The package arrived on time despite being ordered just two days before Christmas. Upon opening we thoroughly inspected it, and am pleased to say that except for a single tiny scratch on the screen, the product looked brand new! We then set about testing the functionality and were again completely amazed that everything worked just as you would expect from a new unit. Bluetooth, Wi-fi, Speakers, Microphone, Cameras, ports and buttons all in good working order. The most impressive thing to us however was the battery life - the renewed iPad held up as well as my wife's 2021 iPad Pro under the usual daily usage demands. In fact, we were so pleased with the quality and performance of this item that when my wife accidently water-logged her new(ish) Pro about 10 days later, we purchased a SECOND unit exactly like the first as a replacement. For the way she uses her iPad, this product met or exceeded all expectations, and was $600 less than a renewed Pro. Highly recommend!

Super recommended! I've had it for 1 month and it hasn't given me any problems. The battery is incredible! The price is exceptional and I definitely recommend you buy it in excellent condition, they are like 20 more pains so it's worth it! I loved it! TOUCH ID ITS SO FAST AND MORE GREAT! Screen like new, incredible and powerful sound! It looks new! Buy it. It's still pretty fast in IOS 17 without hanging up. I edit videos in Davinci and use Procreate. WARNING: I PROTECTIVE FILM MATE PROTECTOR TO SCREEN ON THE PICTURES, BECAUSE THE ONE THAT COMES ONLY HAS A GEL ONE. I RECOMMEND YOU BUY ACPROTECTIVE FILM TO YOUR LIKING TO PROTECT YOUR SCREEN! :)

Perfect physical condition. Fair pricing. Updates to the most-recent Os, so that you can use all your favorite apps. I would have added more stars except that the battery drains very quickly, which is not surprising since it is renewed. Seriously, it went from 100% to 30% in about an hour. Other than that, the iPad works PERFECTLY.

Wow! This seller went way beyond the call of duty & further. When I was disappointed by a different seller, I wrote to this seller to make sure I was going to get what they promised regarding their tablet. I had been looking a Wi-Fi and Cellular tablet & went with the other seller who promised both at a lower price. Well, I guess you get what you pay for. So I had to pay a bit more for this tablet from this seller, but what they sent me was stellar. They not only sent me the item they promised which included Wi-Fi and Cellular, but they sent me the same amount of storage that the other seller had promised me. They also delivered the tablet 2 days earlier than their estimated delivery between June 5-10/24. So again I say WOW, this seller is incredible & I will shop with them again. They even included a plug along with the charger! What an awesome seller………..you girls Rock! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
