My previous iPad developed some software issues and I wanted to upgrade without spending much. I selected this with high expectations. Came like new, with a charger. I’m not too sure if it’s the usual but mine came with a screen protector installed so I saved money on purchasing one. No scratches on the screen or body, all buttons are functional and it comes charged and ready to set up. Worth it for the price. It holds all my apps after being set up

I've been waiting an iPad for a decade and a half, but have never been able to afford it. Finally I saved up enough money to get this iPad Air 4th Gen in Renewed Excellent Quality. It took two days to arrive, was packaged nicely in a plain brown box, not an original box, came with an Apple charging block, but a USB C cord from another brand. The cord works just fine to charge. The iPad has no dents or scratches at all, if I didn't order it, I would not know that it isn't a new one! It runs beautifully. I can have both my writing program (Scrivener) open, Discord in the duel window, and YouTube open in the picture in picture at the same time and it has no issues with it. The Apple Pencil 2nd Gen works wonderfully with it, sliding smoothly along the screen when I draw or write, which is often. The iPad charges quickly as well. I love that this is 10.9 inches, as it fits perfectly into a bag to take out of the house, along with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. It's basically like a little laptop. The only con is that because the device is renewed, you do not qualify for Apple Care+. You do, however, have 90 Days to get a refund or replacement if something is wrong with the iPad, but this doesn't cover accidents. So, be careful with it! Make sure you put a folio case that covers both front back and sides on it as soon as you get it.

I was disappointed, my son bought this and when it came i was just bubble wrapped, the screen had scratches. I feel that should be not acceptable. Didn't even come in it's own Apple box. For the price I would of thought it would be in a better condition! Also it's been almost a week and the battery does not last!!! Better off buying a new on!!

Great product! Not 5 stars because I had to return the first one due to charging issues and powering down at random. The second one was delivered in a couple days, works great, just has a little chip on the side, but besides that, it is perfect! Overall happy with this purchase.

Tenia dudas sobre comprar el producto renovado, pero estoy satisfecho. Llegó en una caja genérica y con cargador genérico. Eso ya representa un descuento frente al precio de una nueva, un gran descuento por algo que se tira a la basura:el empaque. La pantalla no tiene ningún rayón, y en la parte de atrás solo tiene un ligero arañaso que apenas y se distingue, y como estas cosas siempre llevan carcasa protectora, realmente no me incomoda ese arañaso. La batería está perfecta, con un uso continuo de video de hasta 12 horas sin parar. Sin usar el ipad, la batería retiene muy bien la carga. Si no tienes problema con que no llegue en "la cajita de Apple", es una excelente compra. En mi caso fue porque tenía otra igual que se rompió. La reparación costaba 8 o 9 mil pesos así que preferí pagar mucho menos por una renovada.

Se supone que lo venden como ipad air, pero un ipad air tiene el nombre como tal en la parte trasera, mientras este solo tiene la palabra ipad, mi amistad si tiene un ipad air y adjunto pruebas de como se deberia de ver, asi que seguro solo ew un ipad de decima generación asi que supongo que me siento un poco estafada, aun asi el ipad esta en buenas condiciones y la batería dura como 4 horitas o 5 en su uso full

Me urgía un nuevo iPad, mi necesidad básica es tomar apuntes así que después de ver algunos review me decidí por comprarlo, después de una semana de uso funciona muy bien, sin problemas en pantalla, batería, bocinas, utilizo un Pencil genérico de la marca Ugreen el cual responde al igual que uno original, estética de 10, el envío fue muy rápido (4 días), vengo de un iPad Air 3 con Apple Pencil de 1a generación y para el uso que le doy es una excelente opción de compra ya que si no te agrada la devolución es bastante sencilla.
