Has a small dent on the back, but it was disclosed prior to purchase works great no problems and the case hide a dent, no issues great battery life excellent storageotherwise like new

I've been an Apple fan for years, after making my PC desktops function with lots of time on the bench, annual software repurchases, recovery from evil-ware, and new machines every five years. For on-the-road adventures, I purchased an ipad a couple of decades ago, and it served me well. I gave it to my wife for her religious studies including zoom meetings. But Apple is no longer providing software updates for such ancient equipment, meaning that software such as Zoom may not work well on a computer older than five years or so. I decided to upgrade her ipad to a 2022 version, a renewed machine to save bucks. However, I couldn't get it to charge the battery beyond 72%, and then my attempts to set it up ended with not moving beyond the location screen, so I returned it. In the process of trying to figure out the newer iPad, I realized that Apple has moved more and more into finger gesture control, rather than the good old actual or simulated buttons. Even if the box would have worked, my wife would have experienced too much frustration with making it do what she needed. She's now learning to use an android machine donated from her religious buddies. And I'm wondering how long I can continue to use my iPhone XR before it gets left in the dust. Apple, you've apparently departed the scene, leaving me thrashing in the cobwebs.

This iPad has been amazing for school. As it was before preused i find it important to note it came in PERFECT condition. The battery lasts literally forever I hardly have to charge it. It runs pretty quick and it’s easy to set up and figure out how to use. And the pink is so pretty🥹

Literally there was no issues and it came a day early

Mine came with a case on it like someone shipped it themselves and not from an actual Amazon company and it also has a buzzing sound when turned on. Other than that it’s in good condition

My daughter is very pleased! She uses us more than her phone now! It was a great investment. As a note in the box stating that this product was not refurbished it was a product that was returned and we paid that price just because it was an open box so it was a really great deal.

Ipad in perfect condition, BUT I would like to note that the box has not been opened, because of these damages. There is a feeling that in the Amazon warehouse this box played soccer. Also I was upset that in the kit, someone before me stole the original braided wire, which comes with the kit, and instead of it put a cheap, not even original wire that does not charge my iPad. I'd still like to get a real wire from the seller.

i like it because even if i am outside from my network at home. i can still watch movies and browsing using the 5g network with a subscription. the ipad was upgraded for free from renewed to open box and still have a limited warranty unitl october 2025.

The ipad was sent with a charger and charger cord, both the charger and the iPad require a USB-C connector to be operational for the device to be charged. The charger cord supplied in the package, was USB-C on one end, and lightning type connector on the other end, therefore was not suitable for charging the device. It was necessary for me to go to Amazons competition, a local Walmart store to purchase the proper charging cord to allow me to charge the iPad prior to setting it up or using it.
