This robotic pool vacuum has completely changed how I maintain my pool. What used to be a tedious and time-consuming task is now a hands-off, worry-free experience. With summer just around the corner, I couldnโ€™t have picked a better time to upgrade. The suction power on this thing is seriously impressive. It picks up everything from fine sand to leaves with no problem, thanks to its strong 180W brushless motor and the high-capacity filter. I get nearly 2.5 hours of cleaning on a full charge, which is more than enough to cover my mid-sized in-ground pool. Itโ€™s so quiet and efficient, I barely even notice itโ€™s working until I see how spotless the water looks afterward. What really won me over is the smart navigation. Instead of bouncing around aimlessly like some other models, this one uses a purposeful N-shaped cleaning pattern. It covers the pool evenly and even tackles walls and waterlines without getting stuck or confused. The different cleaning modes let me focus on whatever needs attention most, whether itโ€™s just the floor or the entire pool. Using it is incredibly simple too. Just one button and itโ€™s off doing its thing. Maintenance is a breeze with the filter cartridge access, and I love that it handles various pool surfaces without any trouble. This robot has brought some serious peace of mind, and honestly, I can't imagine going back to manual cleaning. Itโ€™s a must-have for anyone who wants more time enjoying the pool and less time scrubbing it.

I've tried other cordless pool robots and none have really worked out. This one may also fail (it hasn't been a month yet) but so far it's doing a great job. The main complaints on pool robots are that they get stuck on the drain, fail to climb back to the shallow end in sloped pools, and don't pick up fine dirt. My guy is a champ in all of that and there are no complaints! My pool pump was out of commission so there was a lot of dirt and the first couple of days the robot just stirred up dirt piles, but each session it got better and the filter would collect about an inch of gunk along with leaves until finally the pool was clear. And the robot is still chugging along despite the abuse. What I like best about this particular robot is that I can lift it out of the pool by myself. I actually injured my wrist with previous models and needed my family to help, but this one is the lightest of the full size models I've tried. It releases the excess water at the edge of the pool without spilling debris back into the pool and when doing the final pull out the excess water is mostly drained and it's easy to carry with one hand. Biggest plus for this weakling. The only glitchy thing is that I can't figure out how to get it off of the 'floor and wall' mode to do just the bottom. But it's a minor detail and helps keep the whole pool clean. Oh yeah, and it's affordable compared to other models. Five stars so far. Fingers crossed it lasts.

I do love the SAT20 vacuum and I think it is well worth the investment. Since we upgraded to the "new" version our tiles have remained clean with little effort on our part. My husband said he could tell a big difference when brushing the pool, the steps have little dirt compared to previously. It arrived today, and it is *amazing*. It was super easy to set up. The power cord to the power unit is short, but the cord from the power unit to the robot is so long that I was able to run that across the patio to the pool, and the cord was still long enough for the robot to reach all parts of the pool. (If it had not been long enough, I would have used an extension cord to get the power unit closer to the pool.) The robot runs completely silently. (This is a nice change from my previous cleaner. The previous cleaner ran silently, but the booster pump was very loud.) It had been nine months since my pump broke, so there was a ton of debris (mostly decomposing organic waste) at the bottom of the pool. I figured it would take me several cycles of me emptying the cleaner for it to pick up all the debris. I emptied it a couple times at the start, but then I had to leave the house for an hour or so. When I got back, the bottom of the pool looked AMAZING. I could not believe it. I probably could not have emptied it at all and it would have picked up everything. Cleaning out the traps is fairly easy. Getting large quantities out is easy. Getting the screen really clean requires either having a bucket to dunk it in or a spray hose. (Or taking it to a sink.) Day to day, you could probably just remove the bulk of the debris and you'd be good. I've only been using this cleaner for a day, so I can't speak to its reliability or longevity. But I will update in a few months. Hopefully, in a few years as well.

Bought this as a replacement for a more expensive unit we had for years. The pros are that it has a strong fan and climbs pool sides well and also has decent battery live, charges in a couple of hours and appears to be reasonably well made. It's weaknesses are it's buoyancy is a bit off and at times it would prance about on 2 wheels accomplishing nothing. As others reported it occasionally would get stuck over the pool drain and need a nudge. Worst issue was 3 (out of 15) times I found it upside down in the pool. I believe the issue with this unit is the software. It is not a 'smart' as our previous unit and did not seem to learn the shape of our pool after multiple sessions so in the end we returned it to the vendor. It should be noted ours is an asymmetrical in-ground pool so perhaps it works better in a symmetrical or rectangular pool but I am not able to test that hypothesis.
