Summer is just around the corner. I've had many seasons of fun swimming in my above ground 24' round pool. However, it's 14 years old and the bottom has grown bumpy from roots running under it and ground subsidence. But it still holds water (I'm glad I chose to use the best components when putting together this above-ground pool). Anyway, I've tried a several different bottom sweepers down through the years -- my Polaris Dolphin E10 is getting old (the floating rubber cord is disintegrating) and it only has one hour run-time. It has treads which I've learned are best for bumpy bottoms -- the ones with wheels keep getting hung up in the pockets or stuck on the lumps. That's why I decided to try the upgraded WYBOT C1 Robotic Pool Cleaner. It's for in-ground pools up to 65 ft. in length and up to 10 ft. in depth, but it'll do above-ground pools too. It runs for up to 2.5 hours, so it's twice the cleaner of my old Polaris. It takes three hrs or slightly less to fully charge. It has an app too with several cleaning patterns to choose from -- it'll zig zag, run back and forth, etc. There's a star pattern for my round pool. You can even do some scheduling (you can tell it when you want it to run. It divides up the remaining charge by the number of days for auto cleaning). Use Bluetooth topside to set it up. There's different modes, so you can tell it to do just the floors or just the walls and other multiple combos. The wall cleaning feature and the way it wipes clean the waterline marks is pretty cool. It's got the treads my pool needs to get over the roots and in and out of the valleys. It's a heavy cleaner but if you drain it first, it's not too bad, it empties pretty quick. But its got a big mouth and a large basket, so it doesn't miss much. Just be sure to remember to cork it after charging, you don't want water getting into the charging port. I have to say, these new WYBOTS are some of the best. They get all around the bottom then conveniently park next to the wall; they come with a hook for easy retrieval. I'm happy there's no electrical wire to worry about tangling and disintegrating. You can spend a lot more, but why? The WYBOT C1 has features usually found in bottom cleaners that cost twice as much. The "bottom" line? Less time spent cleaning means more time spent swimming!

I took the plunge and got this automatic WYBOT C1 pool cleaner for my pool, and honestly, I was a little skeptical at first. You know how it is – you see the ads, but you're never quite sure if it'll live up to the hype. The first time I dropped it in my kidney-bean shaped pool (it's just shy of 15,000 gallons and gets down to about 7 feet deep), it seemed to be figuring things out. It covered a lot, but missed a few spots here and there. But after a couple more uses? Wow. It really seems to have learned the layout. Now it cruises around and does a fantastic job getting everything. I've been sticking with the regular "all over" cleaning mode (not the one that does walls then floor), and it runs for exactly two hours before calling it quits. It just parks itself against a wall. It'd be slightly handier if it went to the shallow end, but honestly, it's not a huge deal to use the little hook they give you to fish it out of the deep end. And I was really impressed with how well it cleans right at the waterline. My pool stairs are pretty narrow, so it can't quite navigate those, but I usually give the pool a quick brush once a week anyway, so that's not a problem for me. We've had our pool for nine years, and this is the first time we've gone automatic. Seriously kicking myself for not doing it sooner! No more wrestling with hoses or anything like that. Cleaning it out afterwards is super simple. Just pull it out, pop out the filter basket, give it a rinse, and let it air dry on the patio. Once it's dry, I plug the cleaner back in to charge, and it's ready for the next cleaning. I've been running it about three times a week, and it's taken a huge weight off my shoulders. Seriously, no more stressing about keeping the pool clean. I absolutely love this thing! Definitely a five-star experience for me.

I'm surprised how long the battery lasts on this, as when used to stir up the sediment on the bottom of my pool it has to run for around 2 hours. The water pump it uses is powerful too, as even at 8' deep when it kicks on you see a rush of water on the surface. Charging is easy, the app appears to work, however my only complaint is that when I tried to use it to clean both the walls and bottom of the pool, It kept getting held up on the vertical corners. Our pool is not an unusual shape, but my first couple of tests would have it going to a corner, riding up the wall, falling down, and then attempting to ride back up the same path without changing to another location.

😍Ho testato questo robot pulitore da piscina e devo dire di esserne rimasta davvero sbalordita dalla qualita' e soprattutto dalla funzionalita' e dalla tecnologia di cui e' dotato, ma andiamo con ordine ad analizzarne bene gli aspetti e le caratteristiche salienti. 😊Premetto che avendo una piscina ho avuto modo di usare molti prodotti similari nel corso degli anni dunque posso davvero fare una comparazione con questo che tra quelli che ho avuto e' sicuramente il migliore . 😎 Ho deciso di testare questo robot affinché possa pulire il fondale e le pareti della vasca in in modo ottimale e facile. 📐A livello costruttivo e' davvero fatto di ottimi materiali con le parti che aderiscono perfettamente senza inestetismi o scricchiolii vari ma la cosa che' piu' mi ha entusiasmato e' la funzionalita' racchiusa in questo gioiellino davvero compatto. 🎁Ottimo il packaging con il dispositivo che arriva ben protetto e confezionato in un paccoavente una bella livrea e che ne risalta le caratteristiche.Il prodotto arriva all'interno di una grande scatola anche perché il robot ha dimensioni notevoli. All'interno troviamo robot, alimentatore, accessori e manuale d'uso. 🎉Il funzionamento del robot è piuttosto semplice ed intuitivo ,Il robot è composto da una parte relativa al motore e un altra che si occupa dell'aspirazione dell'acqua e quindi il suo filtraggio dalle impurità 💥Ben apprezzato il fatto che vi sia anche la possibilità di selezionare un timer che varia in base alla grandezza della piscina. 👍Una volta terminato il lavoro basterà recuperare il il robot in modo da svuotare il cassetto della sporcizia e pulire il filtro . 😉Le sue peculiarita' principali sono da ricercare nel fatto che funziona veramente bene grazie anche al potente motore e alla la sua semplicità di funzionamento lo rende di facile ed immediato utilizzo .Ottima l'autonomia grazie alla potente batteria al litio di ben 5 celle. 💲Il prezzo e' ottimo se rapportato alla qualita’ offerta e alla bonta’ costruttiva , a questo si aggiunge il fatto che essendo un prodotto molto robusto e’ destinato davvero a durare nel tempo. 👍Spero che le mie osservazioni vi siano utili in ottica di acquisto correlata ovviamente alle vostre specifiche necessita' personali😘

Il robot, dotato di un motore potente, è in grado di rimuovere e trattenere foglie, sabbia e ogni altro tipo di deposito ed è perfino facile da usare. A differenza di altri modelli, che puliscono solo il fondo, questo robot ha la capacità incredibile di arrampicarsi e riuscire così a pulire anche le pareti e la linea di galleggiamento. Basta un clic per metterlo in funzione, ma, volendo, può essere collegato a una App specifica, che serve a impostare quattro modalità di pulizia, a seconda che si voglia pulire tutta la piscina, solo il fondo o solo il pavimento, inoltre, offre la funzionalità “eco”, che assicura un'autonomia più lunga. Tramite l'app si possono preimpostare anche diversi cicli di pulizia, di diversa durata. Quando la batteria è scarica, il robot si parcheggia a bordo piscina: da qui si può recuperare, con l'ausilio del gancio in dotazione, ripulire e mettere in ricarica. La pulizia del robot è molto semplice: basta vuotare il contenitore e lavare il filtro con acqua. Una spia luminosa di colori diversi, fissa o lampeggiante ma comunque ben visibile, indica in ogni momento lo stato del robot. Nella confezione sono inclusi l'alimentatore, il gancio per il recupero e il manuale multilingue, compreso l'italiano. Cinque stelle ben meritate.

Solo me preocupa el repuesto de piezas, como por ejemplo un par de rodillos de recambio, que adjunto en la última foto porque con el tiempo se van a desgastar y no hay donde encontrar recambios de estas cosas ahora mismo. Pero por lo demás, tengo que decir que es una pasada lo bien que limpia y como sube por las paredes. El puerto de carga es otro punto muy positivo, porque está protegido, con rosca en vez de con tapones de silicona, lo que le da muchas garantías de estanqueidad. Muy fácil de recoger y vaciar la basura aspirada. Por el momento, merece la pena, especialmente tratándose de agua salada.

Un robot sans fil, c'est quand même très appréciable, ça facilite vraiment le nettoyage de la piscine et permet d'éviter toutes sortes de complications. Il se recharge en 3 heures pour une autonomie de plus de 2 h/2 h 30, on peut parler de recharge rapide. Et il revient sur le bord quand sa batterie atteint un niveau critique. (un crochet est fourni, il faut prévoir une perche) C'est vrai qu'il ressemble à un petit char, il est monté sur chenilles, ça lui donne une excellente propulsion, même si le fond est un peu glissant, mais surtout, il peut même littéralement grimper au mur tout comme gravir des escaliers ! (pour les parois, il est plaqué contre les parois en éjectant de l'eau par le haut) Il n'est pas non plus gêné par les obstacles comme les grilles et les bondes de fond. Son panier ou réservoir de déchets a une grande capacité et est amovible, son filtre est très fin (180 micromètres) et il se nettoie très facilement sous le jet ou un simple robinet. Dispose d'une application (Bluetooth + Wi-Fi) permettant de définir ses préférences de nettoyage, avec un mode automatique où l'on peut sélectionner le fond, parois + fond ou piscine entière. Il a même un mode fond éco. Mais aussi un mode expert permettant de choisir le motif qu'il appliquera (étoile, croix, en S ou en Z). Et on dispose aussi de plannings de nettoyage. Et au chapitre pratique, il affiche sur le devant une LED avec différents codes couleurs selon son le statut du robot démarrage, en cours, connexion appli, recharge en cours ...) La notice en français version papier est dans le carton (avant, il fallait la télécharger) et on a un petit guide de démarrage rapide.
