3/11/2025 letter to customer support but still NO reply. Dear customer support, I purchased this item on March 17, 2024 but now it’s NO longer working on any of my Arlo ultra 2 and Pro 5S wireless security cameras. It’s still charging and it shows fully charged but when you install it, I do get a blue light, but does not blink and somehow it’s not being recognized by any of the cameras. Compared to the original Arlo brand batteries are all being recognized and worked and has the blinking blue lights turns on, but not this batteries. Please send credit or new replacement batteries, asap please. As stated, it has one year warranty. Thank you.

Batteries did not last 2 hours from a full charge. These should last a couple months on a charge. I cannot recommend these. The brand name last a long time but these were either defective or bad quality. Not sure which but it was a hassle to return bc I now have to use my time & gas to return defective products where Amaz use to pick them up free of charge. Too many 3rd party sellers these days selling poor quality products on here. Won’t buy again and will go to manf site & buy direct.
