It was shipped within a few days and arrived on time. The product was in good condition and easy to assemble. It works well in my car and helps with hands-free safety while driving. The fit on my windshield is perfect and it is adjustable and fully customizable to fit an air vent, dash, or windshield. It is very sturdy and holds up to the weight of my phone and bumps and pot holes on the road. It has a sticky suction cup and it has not moved since installation. This is the best car phone holder ever! Previous ones I tried were tough to get attached to vent, too wobbly when suction cup attached to windshield, or wouldn’t suction at all to my textured dash board. This is perfect! Adjustable on multi levels and stuck strong to the dash on first try! I’m able to position it so it’s functional and visible but not obstructing my driving view. Will fit any vehicle! Great value and the seller followed up asap after purchase to make sure no issues!! Highly recommend!

This would probably be better if we worked on my car material. My dash has a type of leather so the sticking stuff doesn't work but it sticks on the windshield just fine.

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks. It works really well considering the price point. The bottom base has plenty stickiness and the added pressure from the vacuum suction allows for a sturdy bottom hold. Also, the fit and sturdiness are excellent. The holder itself is adjustable and clicks to exactly as much pressure needed. The screw adjustments are really helpful in ensuring it stays put.

I looked online for hours for phone mounts that wouldn't let me down. This brand came up so much that this is what I ended up going with. My car was in the shop so I was using another that wasn't mine. During this time I used the vent holder which worked excellent. When I got my car back, I was extremely excited to install. I cleaned the window, estimated where I wanted to pu it, and all the preliminary steps that I needed to do. 5 Minutes after sticking it on, it falls down while driving and I have to catch it. After that, there was no sticking it back on. The Paper on the back that keeps the sticky part secure was lifted a little bit on the side, but I didn't think much of it, didn't take a picture, and I didn't think it would be an issue. I wish they could just send me another arm. I don't need another holder or another vent holder. Those worked fine. They've been great so far , but I've only had them for 2 days. I will continue trying to stick it back on but I think once it falls off once it's done for. If the sellers could get back to me on a solution so I can properly utilizedl this without having to return it, I'd appreciate it. Pictured is the back of the sticker. The big fold was from me, but the little fold was how it came. It's the only reason why I can think why this didn't work. But I need to keep the vent holder for now Couple things to add: 1. It's very cold and rainy which probably didn't help 2. I didn't realize my phone was so heavy with the case until I took it off 3. I now see the tips on how to clean it with water. I will keep the review at 3 stars until my trip out west is finished to know if it really holds up.

This product works as intended and it's worth more than it's advertised so this is definitely a good deal. If you have a big phone like the Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra or any ultra variants then this product is a must have especially if you drive. Every other car mount I've used couldn't support my phone and it was so much of a hassle trying to follow the GPS without constantly trying to arrange my phone so it can be safely used. This product is so easy to use and it's very safe. It's also very versatile that you can place it nearly anywhere you so desire in your vehicle that make you comfortable. It also comes with a lifetime warranty and it's easy to activate it. Their customer support team member by the name of Isabel is such a delightful person and very efficient at her job by servicing me with the activation of the warranty.
