I was looking to replace an older security camera system, and was interested in this multi camera wired system. The cameras recognize people and vehicles, and follow them while in the set camera range. This system was simple to install, easy to set up each camera and captures amazingly clear and crisp video clips. Setting up and connecting the app is easy, great way to have access to the huge hard drive space this system contains. While going through some of the available adjustments of the screen that you see, I managed to turn the video upside down for one of the cameras, on the app. I wasn’t able to correct it myself, a short email off to support and I received back a detailed response with pictures of what I need to do to correct it. Great product, top notch support.

I needed a home security system and I saw this hiseeu system on Amazon. It was an upgrade from what I had before. The setup was easy but I had some problems with the remote view on my phone. After a couple of phone calls to customer service I was able to fix the issue. I really like the auto human tracking and the 2 way audio features. I'm able to talk and see my family when I'm not home. Overall it is a wonderful camera system, the price was great the picture and videos quality are good and great customer service. The functionality of the camera system is great as well. Also the night vision, lag, and battery life works well too.I would recommend this camera system.

I'm not too tech savvy about computers and apps for your cell phone. But, I just followed the instructions and QR CODES & I was able to install these cameras on my house and one of them high in a tree on My property About 100 feet from my house high up in aTree. These cameras Track a person's and or vehicles movements in the cameras crystal clear, 360% view. The cameras can also be operated remotely with your smartphone anywhere in the world. I have set up a cctv in our manufacturing plant but with a branded cctv. I wanted to setup another one in our house but I don’t want to spend so much money with the same brand we’re using in our plant. So I checked on amazon and found this product..At first, I was hesitant but maybe worth of try since it have a good reviews. When I received the product I tested it right away. And I was surprised that this product has the same powerful features as we have on our plant cctv. There three ways you can view the cameras. First is the monitor connected to the NVR, second is through webpage so you can view it to your laptop or pc. Just make sure to have the same subnet with your NVR NIC. Then the last one is through CP App that you can view your cameras online wherever you are. The only thing I was concerned was the sound coming from the hard drive like I have read in some of the reviews. Hopefully they could fixed it. It is working but cannot guarantee it will last.

Writing this review as I'm setting it up, the video seams good, the 2way is off. I can hear just fine but when I go to talk to someone thru the camera I sounds like Darth Vader to them. I'm not sure if there is some setting but I did play the the audio in from my phone but it's not quite there. I have one camera that doesn't want to stay connected. I need to get it replaced. Update 11.14.2024 I have two cameras that go offline often. I have to reset the system to get them working again for a couple days and then they go offline again. I tried calling support and they would not help. I paid a good chunk of change for these to not have them all working all the time. Update 3.12.25 Still same issues Cameras turn on and off, I have all 6 cameras on but right now only 4 are showing up on the app. And when I log right into the box shows the same only 4 cameras. But when I walk outside in front of the cameras I can see that they are on and moving (I have Tracking on) so I don't know what the issue is. But still no support, they don't reach out. What crappy customer service.

The best security cameras!! I have tried many different home security cameras and brands over the past 15 years. These are the best of them all thus far. The control of the cameras from your phone is awesome. The playback is easy. The app functions easily. And the optional night light for color recording and security is an added bonus. I ordered this security camera system late Friday afternoon and the Package was delivered the next day evening. I was surprised how quickly it arrived! First thing I noticed was the quality of these cameras. They are very well made. The instruction manual is detailed and easy to follow. The system is basically plug and play. The camera image quality is really great. Comparable to more expensive systems. Both in day light and at night. These cameras have colored night vision! Other brands only offer black and white. It makes a huge difference being able to capture night footages in color. That’s something I really like about this system. This system comes with a pre-installed 3TB hard drive. Which mean no expensive monthly cloud subscription fees! That’s one of the main reasons I picked this system. This DVR is able to expand the storage space by adding more hard drive if I ever need to. You can hook this system up to a monitor via supplied HDMI cable or via VGA cable without the need for internet connection. I also like the fact that you can install an app to your phone or other devices to control or view the cameras after you plug the system to a modem using internet. The app is really great and user friendly. It has many features one would need to customize the surveillance area or control (pan, tilt or zoom) the camera. This way you can have fewer cameras and able to cover larger area. Overall I am really glad I bought this camera system. It has really good quality, function and best of all a really good price! I will buy extra cameras to expand my system and buy another system for my mother's house.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the Hiseeu PK-6YHD985-CT security camera system! The package with 6x5MP PoE TPZ cameras and the 3TB hard drive is everything I hoped for and more. The cameras deliver stunningly clear images, both day and night, ensuring I never miss a single detail. With their 5MP resolution, infrared night vision up to 60 feet (per my estimation), and 300° pan, 90° tilt, and human tracking capabilities, they offer incredible coverage and flexibility, making it easy to monitor large areas or zoom in on specific spots when needed. The package is thoughtfully designed, coming with everything you need for installation, including Cat5 cables in various lengths. This level of convenience takes the guesswork out of setting up the system and made the installation process much smoother. This Hiseeu NVR PTZ camera system far exceeds my expectations. As you can see, the pictures are very clear. The app and PC viewing are user friendly. The system is up and running for almost 2 months now without any issue. Everything works as advertised and then some. Best of all the price is very low compare with others.

Great home surveillance system. Very easy to install and setup and use. I am not electronics savvy and managed to figure it out. Multiple screen arrangements that are very easy to set and change as cameras are added. The video is very clear and sharp with video settings easy to use. The system can be run with or without the app, depends on your needs. Recordings are easy to view and copy.. even without the app. A 'Cloud' account is needed to use the app, and I don't. In summary.. It's a great surveillance system for the money.. and add on cameras are easy to find.
