I can clearly hear heart, lung, and blood pressure sounds, which makes assessments much easier. The lightweight nature of this stethoscope is a lifesaver during long shifts. It doesn't strain my neck when worn all day. The headset is comfortable and fits well in my ears. The soft eartips create a good seal, enhancing sound clarity while remaining comfortable. I appreciate the versatility of the tunable diaphragm and the open bell. It allows me to switch between low and high-frequency sounds without needing to turn the chestpiece. After retirement I wanted to have a new Litman, opting for the less expensive, suitable for my needs. Well worth the extra money to have a reputable tool. I use this to hear my families respiratory and cardiac sounds, as well a rumbling stomach. Good enough to hear the cardiac valves and the pulse.
