These lifts are comfortable, the insoles are like your walking on air AND they’re washable. I love them! I was in a horrible car accident 10 years ago leaving me with a rod in my leg and an uneven leg. I went on my cruise and my cousin the end of last year and she could literally see the difference in how I walked. DEFINITELY worth the price and the comfort that the insoles bring.

After two hip replacement surgeries that left one leg a half inch shorter than the other I've been hunting for the perfect "lift" so my pelvis is more even. I bout 2 boxes of these and I didn't realize how many come in each box...I think to achieve that 1/2 inch lift I ended up with enough for 8 shoes. I don't "stick " them in, I just position under my heel(2 stuck together) and they stay. That way I can interchange within shoes. For sandals you would have to stick them on. Very helpful and functional. My favorite type lifts so far.

these were a good thickness for me and I liked the softness. The main problem that made them nearly unusable pretty quickly is that they don't stay in place because they're not sticky enough. I'm not talking about just in athletic pursuits like running. I put them in a few pairs of shoes, some on top of the shoe's factory insert and in one pair I removed the factory insert to see if that would make these stick better. But they were not sticky enough after like one wearing so ever after that they would slide around in my shoes and end up under my arch or ball of the foot.

As a person that has to wear a heel lift in order to keep myself balanced and straight it is often difficult to find a comfortable one and one that has adjustable height to it. This thing manages to be both it is very comfortable and you can layer it until you reach the height that you need even if it might be different for different shoes The material is also really easy to clean.

The product overall is well made, the material is thick , there’s sticky film to help them stay in place but we didn’t remove the protective material, the value is definitely great for the money. My daughter isn’t experiencing pain they were mainly for build up in one shoe to even out her walk and balance. The heel portion is on the smaller side so they don’t sit comfortably in shoes like Jordan’s. However, they fit well in her new balance. It’s a personal preference… if they had a wider base heel I think they would have been perfect. Due to the fit we returned them because my daughter mainly wears alot of high top sneakers and they were just to small for those shoes. They are perfect in dress shoes. We ordered 2 sets and we are keeping 1 and returning the other.

Don't believe any of the good reviews, these things are dangerous and you're liable to sprain an ankle wearing these things. They are way too small and slippery, they move around in your shoes and your feet fall right off of them. I am only a men's size 9 and I ordered the large and these were still too small and didn't fit in any of my shoes. As far as any added height goes, that was a complete bust as well. I stacked them all together and I didn't notice any difference in height at all, at most, maybe an eighth of an inch and that's being generous.
