PART CAME IN DEFECTIVE. FILED A CLAIM IMMEDIATELY. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE UP TO 48 HOURS FOR A RESPONCE. AFTER 72 HOURS THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. NOW I AM BEING TOLD THIS PRODUCT IS NOT ELIGABLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING TO PURCHASE FROM THIS SUPPLIER. I LIKE THE PRODUCT AND AM BUYING ANOTHER ONE BUT FROM A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER.

Works as designed. I wanted automatic feed of the paper when it sensed the hand. This model can pre-feed the paper so that it is always ready to be torn off. That can come in handy in some cases. I had an old lever action version that dispensed wider paper, 9 inch I think, and this one is 7.5 inches. Took a little getting used to.
