I’ve never used a Shark or Dyson, so I can’t do a fair comparison, but I think this dryer is powerful, has good heat/cool settings, and has good attachment options. I like the length and weight of it. Ergonomically, it is comfortable in my hand and I don’t get tired while using it or holding it over my head for extended periods of time; however, the location of the buttons is right where my hand wants to squeeze, so I accidentally turn off the heat sometimes without realizing, which ends up with some wasted styling time. The air suction vent is at the bottom of the handle, so if I try to move my hand down I end up covering that up, so there really isn’t a good option other than to just try not to squeeze the buttons. My biggest gripe is that there is no diffuser attachment. The tunnel attachment for rough drying provides a ROUGH dry, and I’d really like a way to concentrate/direct the airflow for a sleeker dry. A curl diffuser attachment would be good too.

I just love this hair dryer. I was actually looking for a volumizer-type dryer when I came across this one. The reviews were really high, so I decided to give it a try — and I’m glad I did. The dryer comes with about seven attachments, but I really only use three of them. My favorite is the large round volumizer, and it truly works. I also use the simple blower attachment that directs air like a traditional hair dryer, and the flat hair brush attachment, which is especially helpful when it's humid. The accessories are easy to change and fit snugly, though they do get hot — so you’ll want to use the included glove when swapping them out. The dryer also comes with a carrying case to store all the parts neatly. I have small hands, and the handle size is just right for me. The controls are placed at the top, so I don't accidentally hit any buttons while using it (which was a problem with my Shark dryer). The cord has a swivel, so it doesn’t tangle easily, which makes styling even easier. If you're used to a traditional gun-style dryer, the stick shape of this one takes a little getting used to — you just need to hold it slightly differently. However, it’s much quieter than my old Conair, which is a big plus. Overall, this is a great hair dryer, and I’m really happy I got it.

Let me start off by saying - I have shoulder-length, pin straight hair; it does NOT hold a curl. Ever! I have had my eye on a hair styling tool similar to this one, but for quadruple the price. I wasn’t willing to spend the money not knowing if it would work or not. While searching alternatives, I came across this product on sale from Amazon. I purchased immediately and it arrived the next morning! It is fabulous quality, feels heavy and good quality, it looks exactly like it’s competitors and it comes with a full set of styling options (straight hair brush, hair dryer, curling, two different sized hot air brushes for blowouts!) it also included a nice velvet storage pouch, a heat resistant glove, two styling clips and a cleaner brush. I started out with the hair dryer, which worked very well, but took maybe a little more time than I’m use to to dry my hair since the head is much smaller than a regular hair dryer. I used the smaller hot air roller attachment to give myself a nice at-home blowout and it worked VERY well! My hair looked fantastic! I tried the curling attachments, which was the main purpose of me purchasing this product, and unfortunately it just didn’t do what I needed it to do. HOWEVER - there is NO curling iron that will come close to curling my hair and having it last all day, unless if the heat is set to 495 degrees. My hair will not curl, it will not hold a curl. That being said - I did return it because I purchased with the intent of hopefully being able to achieve some curls, and I just didn’t need all of the remaining attachments to replace things I already had. If the product possibly got hotter, I think I would’ve been able to achieve better curls. Great quality at a good price, awesome for someone who’s hair will cooperate and wants to replace having multiple separate tools with one multifunctional tool! It’s also super quiet and easy to use!

I purchased this for my 9 year old who loves doing her hair. It was easy for her to use and gives her all the styling options she wanted with 1 device. I even use it too and I have long hair while hers is just past her shoulders. I highly recommend great value and quality product.

Click to play video This is an outstanding set of tools, and replaces all the other tools I have! After drying my hair, it is quite frizzy. I had been using a hot tool for straightening it, but there are two issues: first, that the hot tool is very hot at 430 degrees and is damaging my hair, and second, that I have to wait for my hair to completely dry before using it. This tool solves both problems!! The tools come packaged in a fine box; I wouldn't normally comment on packaging but when I opened it I could see it was top quality by the way it was displayed and protected in the solid box. There are 6 tools that come with it, a round brush, straightener brush, oval styling brush, left and right curling irons, and a hair dryer! This is the only tool I need now, it replaces my hair dryer, hot styler and curling iron. I've tried all the attachments that come with it, and my favourite is the oval styling brush. It works beautifully for my hair - it straightens it and adds a little curl at the bottom. The round brush is also excellent, as is the straightener. The designers spared no expense on the attachments: with the curling iron attachments - there are two, one for the left side and one for the right. As you can see in the video, the curling iron automatically wraps the hair gently into it, and does a nice curl; I only held it for a few seconds to show what it can do, but to create a stronger curl, I would hold it a few more seconds. If I had longer hair, I would use the curling iron to create soft cascading curls. For the video, I used the oval brush, round brush, and one of the curling irons. Apologies for the video quality, but I hope it provides a look at how well the tool works. One of the best features is that it works by air, not by heating up. It does the same job as the hot tool, but without damaging the hair at all. When I think about what I paid for the hot tool versus this one, this is a MUCH better deal. It replaces the tools I used previously and is gentle on hair! And, it really is 6 in 1 tools, a fantastic value. I really like that it straightens and/or curls while it is also drying. It gets slightly warm, but nothing like how hot my old tools got. There's a glove included in the box to use if you want to switch attachments to protect from heat. It isn't really that hot, but again, a thoughtful addition. Another great feature is that it can be used on slightly damp hair (versus the hot tool, which must be used on dry hair). I use the hair dryer attachment to get my hair to about 80% dry, and then switch to the oval brush to straighten and slightly curl the ends. As it is straightening and curling, it is also gently drying the hair. No more waiting for my hair to be completely dry! For different looks, I have used the straightener attachment, and it is amazing too. I can get so many different looks with just one tool, how incredible is that? The attachments are easy to change and they are high quality - very solid. The kit comes with a brush for cleaning it, another nice touch. As you can tell, I LOVE this tool! I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I recommend it to anyone with any hair type - with so many attachments this tool can create virtually any style.

Works well. I use the round brush the most. Doesn’t get as hot as my old hair dryer but it does the job and is probably better for my hair anyways. And the price point is way better than a Dyson air wrap.
