Easy to install, good battery life, great customer service had an issue 9 months after installing the battery but the company easily warrantied the battery and sent it out very fast more than makes up for the issue and shows they stand behind the product and description of a 12 month warranty. When I opened my packed the battery was bent and used. There is no reason to ever receive a used product.

I connected this to my laptop and after pulling all the screws still no results I believe they may have been a incompatibility issue but that could have likely been that I selected the incorrect model. Be sure to do the research on the exact model that you need to make certain that you don’t run into these issues.

This battery worked okay initially but in Mac OS gave health warnings within a couple months. And after about a year it would barely hold a charge. The old puffed out original apple battery was better somehow...
