I don't typically leave reviews but this was SUCH a fantastic purchase that I felt like I wanted to share just in case it could help anyone else! I carry ALL of my tension and stress in my upper back/shoulders/neck - it is nearly impossible to get relief from the tension pain and although massages are nice; one massage is just never enough to really get through the tension and work on the knots causing the pain. Enter this massager! I stumbled on this looking for Christmas gifts and got it for myself on a whim. It's AMAZING. I did it for it 15 minutes the first time last night ( it as an automatic shutoff for 15 ) and then I actually slept like a baby without the normal neck/back/shoulder pain I have every day. The heat function is also legit. I'm now sitting at my desk at work after an entire day - and still feel amazing. My posture also is better because the pain is simply not there like it was. I'm using this every night for the rest of the my life! If you have muscle pain, need deep tissue massage to feel any relief, can't afford enough massages to have it make a difference (like once a day haha) and have tried other massagers that just don't cut it - Get this! :)

i carry all of my tension and stress in my neck and shoulders. i let it get to a really bad place. knotted up all over so incredibly stiff and painful, the first use of this felt INCREDIBLE i could tell i needed it so bad. the next day i was soooooooooooo sore, so bad i thought i hurt myself with the massager or over did it, but after a few days i felt like a brand new person. the range of motion i have in my neck after using this multiple times is really hard to believe. i can not believe how many knots and tight muscles this worked out for me. i will use this weekly to keep the relief it’s brought me. i feel so much looser and not uptight at all anymore. money well spent. i would like for the heat to blast a lot harder but overall still worth it for pain relief.

Love the fact that you put your hands in the sleave and by the weight of your arms, keep the massager in place and pressing down ––– and can adjust its position and strength by putting more downward pressure your arms. So, the massager is more of a KNEADER, as if someone had their knuckles on a spinner. My choice of pattern is a semi-kneading pattern. Keep the heat on too. If you want a less powerful massage, put a couple towels in between the device and your neck. I use it every day for about 15 minutes. Very effective.
