I had a super positive overall experience with AOSU, both in terms of their product and customer service. What stood out to me was that I wasn't having to pay subscription fees for the features, making it a great value for home security. Night vision is crisp and clear, the alerts are timely, the features are aplenty. There is cloud storage available but I like having the base station where everything is stored locally. The setup was straightforward, and the camera's performance has been reliable. It was between this brand and TP Link's Tapo, but for the value of what you get with this bundle, I went with AOSU instead. I also bought the solar panel for one of them and it's been fantastic even on cloudy days. What really stood out, though, was AOSU’s customer service. I reached out through their app and was quickly connected with a representative who promptly assisted me with my issue. Having responsive support built into the app is a huge plus, and they handled my concern efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend both the product and the seller. If you're looking for a quality security camera with great customer support, AOSU is definitely a solid choice!

Aosu camera system was easy to install. Video quality is fantastic and clear. The app is easy to use. You are able to turn on or off Notification Settings of Alarm event, staying, cross camera tracking, passing, and low power. Cameras alert lets you know what camera sent the alert. Support is outstanding. I had a camera that for some reason not able to pair. Support sent me videos to watch so that I could get the camera paired. I made a video to show exactly how I was pairing the camera but unfortunately the camera could not. I received a email telling me that the company was sending a new camera to me. Now that is great support and they stand behind their product.

I've owned a two pack of these battery-powered Aosu cameras. It's March of 2025 and both are working great. I like that I can get push notifications without a monthly subscription. They work a long time on a charge and the quality of the video has been great. I came back to look at them again because I may buy more. I've had a great experience and these were an excellent value.

There are pros and cons on this aosu camera system . Some of the things I dont like is you can't monitor your cameras from your home PC as I could with arlo. If you mount them under the eve of the house then it looks like you are viewing from a fish bowl, I used my arlo mounts and was able to move the aosu cameras out farther and it helped a bunch. Not crazy with the camera mounts that come with it but they will adapt to the arlo mounts and I’m sure most other that screw in . The things I like they have a very good picture and very clear. Easy to set up, I like the fact they have a spot light and a siren alarm and a spot light, the only thing is the alarm doesn’t last but a few seconds as does the spot light. The battery life seems to be good and they are easy to recharge. If they would get an app for your PC to monitor the cameras like arlo has I would of given 4 stars. All in all they are worth the money you pay for them. And you don’t need a subscription to stream them which is one of the big reasons I went with them.

After using the aosu WirelessCam Pro System for several weeks, I'm impressed with its overall performance. The 2K HD resolution is noticeably sharper than my previous 1080p cameras, making it much easier to identify details in the footage. The 166° ultra-wide angle gives excellent coverage of my driveway and front yard without the annoying fisheye distortion I've experienced with other cameras. What really stands out is the battery life. I installed these cameras over a month ago, and they're still going strong. The claimed 240-day battery life seems plausible based on my experience so far, which means I won't need to hassle with frequent recharging. The local storage option with no monthly fees is another big plus - the 32GB built-in memory has been more than sufficient. I particularly appreciate the smart alerts with preview images. Being able to quickly glance at notifications to determine if it's a delivery person, neighbor, or just a passing car saves me from constantly checking the app unnecessarily. The camera-to-camera tracking feature also works well when viewing recordings of someone walking from one camera's view to another. The one-tap convenience feature for turning cameras on/off is helpful when we're home and don't need constant monitoring. The system was also fairly straightforward to set up, though the app interface could be a bit more intuitive. My only complaints are minor: the night vision, while clear, isn't quite as impressive as the daytime quality (though still good), and occasionally there's a slight delay in loading the live view. Customer service has been responsive to my questions about adding the optional solar panel. Overall, this is a reliable, feature-rich security camera system that offers excellent value considering there are no subscription fees. Recommended for anyone looking for a flexible home security solution.

We bought three of these cameras last year and have been super happy with them! The battery life is much better than our old security cameras. Video and image quality is pretty good, night vision could be a bit better but definitely good enough for home security purposes. One of our cameras Recently died on us, and the replacement process was super easy. They are an awesome company to work with and stand behind their products through their warranty. Highly recommend!

The battery life is good, Video quality is amazing; both for night vision and during the day. The app is user friendly, easy to use and view cameras. Set up takes no time at all and is very easy. We live in Canada and so far the colder whether doesn't seem to effect the battery's life to bad. Now we have not had a winter with them yet, but from other reviews, seems like they still work great. Would definitely recommend these cameras 100%

I bought the Aosu Base Station that came with two 2k WiFi connected cameras to add some security to my alley and backyard. I liked this combination because it doesn’t require a cloud storage subscription with ongoing fees. Instead, the base station has a 32GB memory card that overwrites itself over time. But if there are recorded incidents it’s very easy to save them to your phone. The camera resolution I would say is very good but I wish it was even better. They sell a 5MP camera that I might consider next. Performance so far has been very good. Set up was quite straightforward and once everything is running the notifications are near instant. Easy to define zones within the view of the cameras to track movement and there are other nice features too - voice alert presets, speak through the camera, alarm siren, and a light. The big question for me, going into winter now, is what will be the battery life when it gets cold. I’ll update my review once I have more information about that. If the battery life is good in the cold I may update my review to five stars.

What was most impressive for us was the quality of AOSU customer service. One of the two cameras we installed was losing signal. It didn't matter where we tried it, even right next to the other one that had great signal reception. We sent an email to customer support on the afternoon of November 13th. We received a reply in the morning of November 14th that they would send a replacement within 5 days and were extending our warranty for the inconvenience. We received the replacement late afternoon the next day. We charged it up overnight and installed it this morning (the 16th). It works fine and has even detected a little fox walking by in our yard this afternoon. Wow! This is the best customer service we've ever had for devices ever. Really, really impressive! Those are very decent security cameras. There's no need to pay a monthly fee for monitoring or storing videos. There's the option to subscribe to their secured cloud storage of videos, for a fee, but it's not really needed for most residential use. The homebase has plenty of room for residential needs. So there's the initial cost of the cameras and homebase, which is relatively high, but then that's it. Installation was relatively easy. Since there's no wiring involved, there's no need to hire an electrician or installer. A source of irritation are the setting instructions, or lack thereof. Adjusting the parameters requires a bit of fiddling to customize it to your needs. An easily accessible, detailed, online instruction manual with examples would be very useful. If such a manual exists on their site, we have not found it. You have to hunt around for YouTube videos and they are not always what you're looking for. The infrared light for night vision is very useful but just know that if there's a street light in the picture, you'll need the "white-light-aided" illumination turned on in the parameters. Otherwise, the street light across the street will take up a lot of the picture.
