First, 5 stars to Nicole for her prompt action to replace a camera that stopped working. We did a few test and was unsuccessful. However, I was able to get a replacement within a week or less. Since I had purchased a dual pack I simply reinstalled my other camera to get by. Still new and trying different settings for recording and distance as it seems like it has a delay or misses. My WiFi strength is 90% or higher at times so I will continue to monitor its performance.

These cameras work great. Easy to mount, clear picture quality even at night. Very quick connectivity & even though one is some distance from WiFi, it still functions just as well as the one closest to the router. I’m impressed with the long battery life. I had one that seemed to have charging issues but I notified the mfr and Ann quickly sent me a replacement plus an extended warranty. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.

Everything they say about this brand is exactly how it turn out. From the AI customization to recording/snapshot from your phone. Including, why do I need a doorbell with two way talk if had cameras that can do that which save me money. Also, they made it dummy proof when it comes to having a sticker on where to drill on. The battery life is exceptional when on power saver and solar panels charge it up in no time which it convenient and don't have to go out and charge it back up or replacing battery. Auso, if you try to make any modifications, I would go with bigger screw holes that match or another adapter you can make for it as another option because I like using outdoor screw to anchor wood down and I would like to use it on your product but screw holes was too small. I hope you make a 2nd adapter for it instead of the one that came with it. Also, I wish you sold poles for putting solar panels on and cameras because I had to be clever with my ingenuity. I hope my pictures would show you how to make that happen

1/18/25 Update: The company was willing to refund my money for the cameras and part of the 2 yr Asurion warranty. Refund received - issue resolved. 1/22/25 Update: Added 1 more star for their efforts to resolve my concerns about their application’s limitations. I bought 4 interior cameras, 4 solar powered outdoor cameras and a doorbell camera from this company all on prime day for a decent price but still over $400 total. I’ve installed 2 of the indoor ones and like their video image and features so far. Haven’t gotten to the outdoor ones yet. So I’ll probably be back with an update. The video quality of their doorbell camera is marginal. It periodically looses network connectivity and goes offline even with a booster within 25’ and excellent signal and using the recommended 2.4G WiFi. I found out that this company doesn’t have a Windows-based app to be able to see multiple cameras on one larger screen and they don’t indicate that they are close to producing one when I contacted customer service. And of course I’m past the 1 month return window. It seems like they just want to make money off of their customers who choose to use their cloud storage which I haven’t. So if you want a system to protect your home inside and out and plan to use just a smartphone and SD cards to view the property, it’s a great option.

Initially I had an issue with the memory card being read, but the customer service representative (Julie) was very helpful. Julie took care of my issue very quickly. The camera is working great now, excellent resolution and the app is very user friendly.

We have many cameras around our property and mounted this on a tree next to our gate. It does a fantastic job of notifying us when a car approaches, when a car lingers, when a person approaches and when a package is detected. The picture quality is A+ both day and night. I’ve recommended this camera to others because of our experience and its ease of set up.

I have 4 of the Aosu cameras and one of the door bell camera. When I first set them up they worked great…just as advertised. After about a month they began to fail at different things…..like tracking or even recognizing movement. I’ve played around with all the available settings and some days they work fine then on other days one or two of them will fail I’m constantly having to reset them ..two of the four are fairly consistent working as they should the other two are hit and miss…I’ll walk right up on the camera and it doesn’t see anything later I’ll test it and it’s working fine… some times they’ll pick up the movement but won’t track. I’ve verified the wifi and each one is getting plenty of signal…so I’ve ruled that out as an issue. The video is sometimes a bit grainy also. I’m not sure if this is consistent to this brand or not….I wouldn’t consider them 100percent reliable. Q

I bought this camera mainly to keep an eye on my dogs when I’m not home. Installation was quick and easy—definitely a strong point. The 360° view is a great feature, especially for tracking pets around the room or yard, but due to the large size of the camera, you’ll want to mount it high for the best coverage and to keep it from being too intrusive. One thing I really appreciated is that you can use a microSD card instead of being locked into a cloud subscription. That flexibility is a big plus. Also, when I had an issue with one of the cameras, customer support (shoutout to Julie!) was super helpful and resolved the problem quickly. That said, there are some areas that could use improvement. The tracking is inconsistent—it sometimes misses my dogs entirely, instead locking onto things like shadows, swaying tree branches, or background movement outside the main zone. The zoom function is digital only, so when you zoom in, the image quickly becomes pixelated—don’t expect clear closeups. The app works, but it could definitely be better. Loading camera feeds often takes a while, and the pop-up ads feel out of place in a security-focused app. Live view is functional, but switching between cameras and moving the camera around can be sluggish. Audio is another weak spot—while I can speak through the camera, I often can’t clearly hear sounds from the other side, which limits two-way communication. At night, visibility drops significantly. The night vision is okay in a small, controlled area, but beyond 25-30 feet it becomes hard to see anything clearly. I also had one camera randomly go offline for a while, though it came back without needing a reset. In short: this camera system can be useful, especially if you want affordable, local-storage security with wide-angle views. But between the sluggish app, inconsistent tracking, and weak night performance, it feels like the hardware has potential that the software just doesn’t fully support yet. With a few updates, it could be great—but for now, it’s a mixed bag. I'll post an update in a couple of months if any new issues come up.

Bought five of these solar powered security cameras in November 2024, to place around my house. They all work very well I’m very happy with the function and quality. We had a very harsh and cold winter and they all but one performed well in -40 Celsius temp. By March 2025, One camera stopped charging via its solar panel. I bought in to see if it would via its usb cable. I reached out to customer service explaining the camera has stopped charging, They promptly replaced it. For anyone looking for user friendly and high quality security cameras I highly recommend this product

Click to play video I heard so many good things about this security camera, so finally decided to buy this. I am very pleased with the result it definitely does it job. Keeps my property monitored and my family safe. The video and images are very clear and crisp. It goes 360 degree and when it hears a noise it points and records where the noise is coming from. I made sure the solar panels are 40-60 degrees angled so it can soak up the sun and with that this hasn't run out of power always at 98-100%. Highly recommend this. Highly recommend.

Researched this camera and many others and decided on this one because of the features and the price on Prime Days. The camera was easy to set up and holding a charge I will see how it operates when the winter arrives but working good now. I wanted a camera that would track and this does a fairly good job not perfect but acceptable. I like the 360 view when you want to look around and the feature that returns the camera to its set position. The AI seems to work fairly good a lot of less false alarms than other cameras I’ve used. Time will tell but so far happy with my purchase.

got it when it was on sale, it might be the best bang for the buck sercurtiy camera in the market. The camera/app response time is quick (had the arlo be4). The solar panel works ALOT better than the p1 max and the previous generation, even in winter time in Toronto. Before, I needed to bring in the p1 max and charge it and now it's so convenient. picture quality is great, sound and speaker quality is also very good, very little lag time. there are some suggestions which i hope i can see in the next update. 1. an option in the app where it can set the camera to do a panoramic view every 5/10/30/60 mins 2. led to be turned on whenever it senses movement during certain time frame, i don't know why, sometimes it turns on sometimes it doesn't. 3. (hardware) include a mount where i can mount it "upward" like a L shape, so i can mount it under the roof of my garage instead of drilling holes on my brick wall. Overall, highly recommended it's a nice system.
