I've always wanted to try acrylic pen and these were my first. I am officially invested! The strokes do not appear and when dried, you can layer the paint. The colors are vibrant and no need to squeeze. The pens are precise with regards to painting. Uniform strokes, beautiful colors, and easy to use, even for kids. Highly recommended! PS : No smells!

After buying two sets of Sharpie Creative paint markers, I was ready for a larger color palette and variety of marker tips. These Artistro markers are pre-primed water based paint markers (like the Sharpie Creatives). For anyone who hasn't used the new Sharpie Creative markers, pre-primed means that, unlike regular paint pens, these pens do not need to be shaken and pumped, and there is no puddling of ink. They come in a wide variety of colors. I've only been using them for a day but am already enthused! Vibrant colors that can easily be used with the Sharpie Creative markers. Same finish. This set of 60 was on sale so I decided to splurge. I wish they had put the color numbers on the pens, and hope that they will in future. The box they come in shows colors with #s , some of which I cannot find (like a good, true orange etc). How long they will last will have to be for another review. So far, every pen I've tried has had color and worked well. I've only used them so far on heavier weight black mixed media paper, where the coIors really pop. I definitely recommend!

These did not disappoint at all! The colors are beautiful, and they worked wonderfully over acrylic paint. They write and draw very well, and so far, they have lasted a long time. The thickness of both sides is perfect, and the tips are excellent as well.

This duel tip marker is great! The “paint” side glides like a brush, the color variety is great and once the marker dries it doesn’t smudge at all! The first time I wrote with these my fiancé looked at me and said “did you print that?” Because the coverage is so good. Doesn’t take too long to dry. It’s a great product!

10/10 I purchased these for a kids rock/shell painting project and they exceeded my expectations. I brought them home and my (picky artistic) partner used them to paint some holographic cards (idk)- and he was super impressed as well!!! (Easily the most important part of this review as these markers were meant to be loved, used and maybe a little abused) So whether you’re looking for something kid friendly and sturdy AND/OR something vibrant, sharp, amazing quality and perfect for those fine lines- these are it.

There is no way to know what color is what. The package shows numbers to match with colors, but the markers have no numbers OR colors imprinted on them. The colors are very pretty and the brush tip only requires a very light touch, but the marker tip needs pushed on a bit and then there’s a chance of squashing the tip. I don’t know if this happened before they were used or after, as my granddaughter showed me the first time she was using the markers. I honestly think it came like that because the color was all dried out when she opened it.

I don’t usually write reviews but these ones are the best acrylic paint pens I’ve used. I prefer these to posca which I used to use!! I use these to add finishing details to my acrylic paintings. The pens are really opaque and thin formula making it easy to work with. The dual ends allows precision and it’s also brilliant for touching up errors. Highly recommend! Ask the metallic colours are really vibrant!

After I had started running through a smaller pack of these markers, I sprung for this larger pack. The storage case was one of the biggest selling factor for sure. It's well constructed, the elastic that holds the markers very well (sometimes it's hard to put them back in, but I prefer the stability knowing they won't slip out by accident). My only real gripe is that the markers are randomly assorted. I took the time to reorder them into a gradient so that I could find the colours I need easier, no clue why it wouldn't come standard like that. There's a good variety in the markers- although, red was very underrepresented for some reason. I really appreciate the higher variety of neutral tones then other paint marker packs, great for painting people or scenery :) I really enjoy how quickly they dry, they layer well and are just fun to use! If you are looking to travel with these markers I think this case (while somewhat large) will work wonders.
