I have done so much research on $900 computers and this definitely checks all the boxes. It has a very good processor, based on userbechmark, and a decent graphics card for a $900 gaming computer. It advertises here as 3.0 Ghz but can be max boosted to 4.0 Ghz according to memory express. TUF Gaming is known for their durable builds and it looks very sleek and DANG SEXY. You can also price beat at memory express and you'll save $2 but I just ordered here because at the time of this review, memory express had it on backorder. Been using this for a week now and loving it! Hit 200 fps on Valorant, 160ish on League of Legends. (Sorry don't really play high end games. like shadow of the tomb raider, so you'll have to wait for someone else to review those) So yeah! Would recommend to buy while it's in stock considering it's sold out everywhere else. (Not including backorder at memory express.)

I was not really expecting much to start but the 4600H and 1650 really push their weight at 1080p. It's not perfect by any means but I've played Doom, Prey, and Valorant on high/med settings and everything went great. Games like GTA V may suffer a little bit on this hardware but at almost half the price of similiarly spec'd machines this one cannot be beat. The only cons I can see is the typical gamer design is a little tacky, the trackpad is just kinda there but really isn't great, the screen is 60hz where others offer faster refresh rates, and the memory is only 8GB which is fine but could be better. Update: After a little more daily usage I gotta say the biggest downside to this product is the Asus software. They’ve consistently produced garbage utilities like Armory Crate and Aura Sync. Both don’t pick up the built in keyboard so more advanced lighting effects and per-key customization is not possible. Also XMP/DOCP is locked out so memory always runs at the default speed. I picked up a set of Kingston HyperX Impact memory that supports a 3200mhz default profile, otherwise speeds would be stuck at the slow default value. OEM memory is 8GB at 3200Mhz Cl22. Yes it can play Cyberpunk, just barely at low settings.

I wanted to really test it for a while before making a review. I'm the average not hardcore gaming user. I still played Tomb Raider on really good settings on it. I would recommend to anyone that want to game on a laptop to use a cooling rack with fans though. It didn't get hot or anything, I just want it to last a long long time. It opens super fast, doesn't slow down during windows updates, games like the sims 4 (with mid-high settings) and stardew valley don't event make it rev up. For what comes built-in with it: It commes with 1 year of McAffe protection (which I don't even use), and the app MyAsus. This lifesaver lets you choose the max level of charge you want to have (60%, 80% or 100% battery) So when you always stay plugged in you set it to 60% and your battery will last a lot longer. If you wonder if the keyboard is stuck on a red backlight by default.... Kind of, yes. But if you get TUF Aura Core on the windows app store you can change it to any color (even ones you create yourself. I'm sorry for the long, detailed review!

For $900. this quality constructed laptop is 1st class in every way. Have you ever wondered why this Asus 4600H is always on back order. Its because the people have heard good things about this laptop. Most computer stores have trouble to keep this laptop stocked up. For the price its a bargain. I waited over 2 weeks till my asus was delivered to me.
