The ASUS TUF Gaming VG32VQ1B is a monitor that I’ve been using for quite some time and it has definitely enhanced my setup. It has a 32 inch carbon curved screen with a 1440p resolution. In my eyes, that combination of size and resolution is the best. Clarity of the text is impeccable, sharpness of graphics is very pleasing and there is a lot of screen space without it being overwhelming. It has a maximum refresh rate of 165Hz and combined with a 1ms response time, everything from fast paced games to smoother experiences feels incredible. I primarily play racing and shooter games and the difference in performance when compared to a 60Hz monitor is very noticeable. That smoother performance does wonders with reaction time and overall improves the experience in gaming. The curvature of the monitor is not highly aggressive, it is in fact very subtle but extremely useful for immersion, especially for when you sit right in front of it. It encapsulates your viewpoint to just the right extent to feel more connected and engaged with the on screen actions. Also, there’s the Free-Sync Premium tag, which is carried quite nicely since there’s no tearing or stuttering even when frame rates slightly dip, and there’s the ELMB feature that stands as ELMB is strong, preventing things from becoming blurry during fast movements in scenes with high action. It has speakers built in. Not great, but really not bad at all, especially if you’re not plugging anything else in. That being said, I use a headset most of the time so I don’t really have a use for them. It’s also VESA mountable so that’s cool if you’d like to clear up your desk with an arm mount or just get it off the stand. Well, brightness and color are more than fine for me. It gets plenty bright, and colors look pretty natural to my eye. HDR is supported. It’s not the most amazing HDR I’ve ever seen, but it does improve the look in some games and videos. Don’t expect OLED-level blacks or anything, though. Overall, this thing has been totally worth it. It has everything I look for good image quality, smooth performance, and that little bit of immersion from the curve. If I had to do it all over again, I’d still buy it. No regrets.

This is my first curved monitor, just arrived today for a work from home setup. It is far overkill for that purpise, as I type simple excel docs and enter data into a simple database. It was purchased more so for after hours gaming, or even a little on hour gaming, lol. All I have is a Nintendo Switch, but that was absolutely handled well by the monitor. I know I am not even coming close to fully utilizing this display, a gaming setup is my next purchase. As a note to another review I read, I personally did not find toggling the display between inputs to be much of a hassle. Granted, it took me about 2 minutes of fiddling around with the buttons and toggle switch on the back. As I was able to figure it out in short order with no youtube assist, please know that the model that I purchased is easy to swap between. Max it is 3-4 button presses, no more than you might press if cycling through 4-5 inputs manually. Plus, with the swivel this monitor has, it is easy to tilt forward, toggle, and tilt back into place. But, this is my experience, I cannot say how everyone else will fair. Long and the short of it is, have not had it for long, its my first real gaming/pc display, and first curved display, and I have only tested with a Switch and laptop (both worked awesome). I recommend buying it, but will come back and make any edits if anything changed for the worse, or better! (Really, still here and reading? Gold star for you! Thanks!)

This is my first ultrawide monitor and the people who say that when you try an ultrawide you never go back is true. The picture quality is really good, not as good as an OLED but you can leave it on and be sure it wouldn't burn out. The refresh rate is great, but make sure you get the right cable to connect it to your PC (I had an alienware m18 R2 with 175hz refresh rate, but connecting to the monitor with the cables that came with the monitor I just got 100hz. I had to buy another cable with 20Gbps for my 4080).

I have two of these monitors, one for home and one for the office. I love them. Affordable and clear. I kind of wish the controls were on the front, instead of the back but that probably keeps me from accidentally hitting them. I get lots of compliments on them. I love Asus as it is a good quality brand.

The ASUS TUF Gaming VG32VQ1B 32” 1440p curved monitor is easily one of the best parts of my setup. The QHD resolution (2560x1440) looks super crisp on the 32-inch screen—perfect balance of screen real estate and sharpness. The 165Hz refresh rate (supports 144Hz) paired with 1ms response time makes everything buttery smooth, especially for fast-paced shooters or racing games. The curve adds just the right level of immersion without feeling overdone. Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) keeps everything clean during intense gameplay, and FreeSync Premium eliminates tearing completely. Built-in speakers are decent for backup sound, though I mostly use a headset. The VESA mount support is a plus if you’re planning a clean wall or arm-mounted setup. Also, no complaints about brightness or color—HDR helps a bit in supported games and videos. Overall, this monitor checks every box for a main gaming display—performance, immersion, and visuals. It’s been worth every penny, and I’d buy it again without hesitation.

I love the new monitor I purchased from Amazon. The colors are very clear and crisp, and the size fits perfectly in the computer hutch in my front room. The base is sturdy, and the curved screen helps with my visual experience. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for another computer monitor. It is large enough to comfortably display two or three documents at the same time. Try it for yourself!

I recently purchased this ASUS gaming monitor, and it has been a great upgrade for my setup. Here’s my honest take after using it for a while: Pros: ✅ Smooth & Responsive Gameplay – With a high refresh rate ([e.g., 144Hz, 165Hz, or 240Hz]), gaming feels incredibly smooth. There’s no noticeable lag, and fast-paced action looks crisp. ✅ Vibrant Colors & Sharp Image – The display offers great color accuracy and deep contrast, making both gaming and content consumption more immersive. The [IPS, VA, or TN] panel really makes a difference in quality. ✅ Low Input Lag – The response time is excellent ([e.g., 1ms]), reducing motion blur and ghosting during intense gaming sessions. ✅ Adaptive Sync Support – Works well with [G-Sync / FreeSync], preventing screen tearing and stuttering, which is a huge plus for competitive gaming. ✅ Solid Build & Design – The monitor feels well-built, and the stand is sturdy. It also has a sleek, modern design that fits well in any gaming or productivity setup. ✅ Good Connectivity Options – Multiple ports ([HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, etc.]) make it easy to hook up to different devices. Cons: ⚠ HDR is Just Okay (If applicable) – While it supports HDR, it’s not as bright or impactful as premium HDR displays. Don't expect an OLED-level experience. ⚠ Built-in Speakers (If applicable) – The sound quality is average at best. If you're serious about audio, external speakers or headphones are a must. ⚠ Stand Adjustability (If applicable) – While the stand is sturdy, it could have better height, tilt, or swivel options for ergonomic comfort. Final Verdict This ASUS gaming monitor delivers an excellent balance of performance, speed, and visuals at a competitive price. Whether you’re gaming, editing, or just watching videos, it provides a fantastic experience. If you need an ultra-premium HDR experience or high-end built-in audio, you might need to look elsewhere, but for gaming, it's a top-tier choice. Highly recommended!
