This is a fun artsy kind of thing, and for just 5 bucks I was surprised by it. Great for a gift bag with a few other things, or as a casual piece to wear with jeans or leggings. Recommended.

I was really pleased with the pendant that I received and the stone that was in it! It is a beautiful stone with multi color variations and could be worn with many different colors and styles. Likely some people don't want just a pendant, but I do dabble in making my own jewelry every once in a while, so I have lots of chains or leather cording that I can put this pendant on. The wire caging that holds the pendant in place is very shiny and does a great job of holding the stone so that you are not worried it will fall out of the wire casing. This is a gorgeous stone and makes a wonderful necklace!

Absolutely gorgeous, standout shimmery abalone teardrop pendant that starts out with dark bronze wire wrapped at the base of the teardrop as a multi-strand tree trunk and branches into single strands, creating a tree of life that encloses the real New Zealand abalone shell piece but still allows the shimmering and unique abalone piece to show through beautifully. (The picture with the lip balm is with flash and for size. The other pic is without flash.) I'm going to be using this as an added-on pull piece for a purse zipper - this will work perfectly as, even though abalone can be delicate on its own, with the wire wrapping it will be well protected and should last for a very long time without damage.

I had an abalone necklace back in my teen years and have never found another one I like since then. Although this is just the pendant (you'll have to purchase your own chain), it is the one I've been looking for! It has a thin wire "tree of life" wrapped artifully around the stone. The stone is a perfect size, not too big, not too small. The stone also is, as abalone tends to be, very colorful and ethereal. Worth every penny.

This golden-wire wrapped teardrop-shaped piece of abalone is as advertised. The one I got is a beautiful blue and green. I got another black-wire wrapped one that is pink with green. The blurb states that the individual pieces are of varying colors, and shipped randomly. Either would make a lovely pendant if you like those colors, but you can't count on multiples of what you order matching.

. I like the rustic design. It looks great from a distance and captivating up close. Goes great with a 5mm sterling chain I have. The abalone glows with reflective light. Nice to have an artistic piece such as this for a good value.

Although this didn't come with a chain, I was able to take one from another necklace and it worked perfectly. This is a beautiful pendant and the design is simple but beautiful. I love the look of abalone and this is a great way to include it with my outfits.
