For the price, the sound is great. Gets loud. Intuitive to use, too. I really liked the portability as well. Others in this price range don't compare. Solid construction too. Not too heavy. Looks like a high quality fender amp, which I guess is cool if brand recognition is important to you. Disclaimer: this is my first amp and I am a casual guitar player. I wouldn't say this is professional quality by any means. For me, it is a good mix of sound, size and price!

Has great Quality- sounds good, every dial works well and so much louder than I thought it was going to be! Love the sound quality with an acoustic

The heart of any sound system is the speaker, it can make or break the entire setup. The Cool Music Unique 15G is a good little portable amp...not a great one. The main drawback is its tiny 4.5" speaker. Even the best, most expensive 4.5" speakers can only produce and project so much sound. The manufacturers could have made this unit great by building it a couple of inches larger and incorporating a quality 6" speaker. A couple of workarounds to the problem are 1) using the Bluetooth setup, which does not mute the built-in speaker and a Bluetooth powered speaker; 2) utilizing the DI (direct output) jack on the back of the unit, which also does not mute the internal speaker, and requires a second amp (line in) and speaker; 3) with a 3.5mm plug and cable, hook up to the headphone jack, which does mute the speaker and an external passive speaker. All of these choices work well, but at the expense of portability (another setup to carry) and play time (restricted by the battery life of the amp and the external speaker in use). These are my reasons for the 4-star rating. This is a very capable, decent sounding, and useable little amp and I plan to put it to the test on the street this weekend. However, be aware of the limits of the inadequate speaker. I'll be posting updates as I use the unit.

***Update***: After I gave a 1-star review about the product with the issue listed, the company contacted me and enquired about the issue. When I explained the issue of it not getting charged, they immediately sent me a new one. The new one works great and has been the best one I have bought. I strongly suggest this to anyone looking for a guitar amp. I really appreciate their customer service and the way they took care of the issue. This amplifier worked well when we got it. It worked well for a month. After that, I charged it fully, and it didn’t turn on at all. The charging indicator shows green. But it doesn’t turn on at all. It was a very good device when it worked; it is very compact and easy to use.

Not sure why but when I left it on it would not turn on even with plug in and after attempt to recharge. I love this amp features, sound and portability. I simply removed the screws holding top plate. Slide it out. disconnect and plug power in. reconnect battery and its fine. not sure but no biggie

I ended up returning this and getting the spark mini (more $, but seems worth it so far). When I got it, it took a minute to realize there were 2 separate input jacks for different effects. One input had gain/distortion, the other had reverb. You have to unplug from one jack and plug into the other to get the other effect. Weird that you couldn’t have both from the same input. I guess one jack is for guitar and the other for vocals, but I wanted reverb along with distortion. Anyway, that said, the sound quality was pretty good for a compact amp. If you’re ok with the limitations on the effects, get this amp. If you want more versatility get a Roland micro cube or spark mini.

I've bought the big battery one, and the big powered one in the past and they work great. I use the big powered one in courtrooms and wanted a smaller one to use as a speaker for guitar processor modelers and come to find out that this is great plugging straight in. Distortion is great with the gain all the way up. having the battery is a plus. using wireless, Bluetooth music accompaniment it's a portable solution. DESCRIPTION IS INCORRECT though, it only has ONE Aux In (orange model).

Buy this is mainly for outdoor busking and sometime small performance monitor on stage. Try it yesterday over my backyard with guitar. Can't say it very powerful for 15 watts, probably I am using a very cheap electric guitar, but still produce quite a bit of sound and good for small outdoor crowd. Play and test it out almost 1 hour with my backup usb battery 10000mah plug in (type-C), I guess it can last 6 hours non-stop with its bluetooth backing tracking on. Got to test it one day. Well, the drive is not that good & kind of unreal, don't rely on it, that's why I give 4 star, but should a 4.5 with the money you spend. The second output with reverb is larger than one with drive / EQ for guitar. BT is even louding as I have turn down my backing track, and can plug in 3.5mm wire (haven't test). I think the loudness very up to your equipment/instrument and pre-amp. Tested singing mic (input 2) and play guitar (input 1) together with BT together and output to another amp. Sound good. A beautiful thing is it has a 1/4" line out, tested with another small practice amp in picture which this can be my monitor on stage to output to bigger amps. Noise wire, not bad, can't hear buzz/hiss. Weight wise, very light, almost I can strap on my wrist no problem. I can't think of an amp with battery, BT, two 1/4" + one 3.5mm is like that price. Only two things needs to test is its load performance and durability over time. But yeah, the outlook of amp already good that out of my expectation. Hopefully it last. Honestly, Sound and build is not as great and loud as compare this with my 100Watt Marshall, 30Watt PG Spark, and even my 15 Watt cheap Washburn mini amp. But 100 buck with built in battery, 3 input with Lineout. You won't get it anywhere and better know what you buying it for.

Likes: Portability, sound quality, multiple features, long battery life - easily 6 - 8 hours. Cons: You might have to sort through several amps to get a good one. I Had sound quality issues with the first amp ordered, and replacement (no. 2) had a noisy Bluetooth channel, but third turned out problem free. Also note that Bluetooth input does not have its own volume control but it is shown in images and is in description.
