I switched to Afina after rave reviews from a friend. I wasn’t expecting a drastic change since I was already using a filter system but I can definitely still see and feel results! My skin feels less dry and tight post shower and less irritated (I have eczema so every bit counts!). My water pressure somehow seems even better too! It comes with everything you need for a quick and easy install and the design is beautiful! I got the nickel finish and truly, it’s beautiful. I do wish there were mode changes as the spread out pattern takes longer to wash shampoo/conditioner out of my very thick, long hair. A more concentrated pattern would make it even better. Would definitely recommend to a friend though.

I recently moved out to the country and quickly realized something was wrong with the water. My hair felt like straw, and shampoo would not lather up no matter how much (quality) shampoo I used. My conditioner would not spread through my hair or get into my ends. When I washed the products out, my hair actually felt grimy. My skin was also dry and itchy. I Googled hard water issues and quickly realized I had to do something about the water. Malibu C Hard Water Shampoo and Conditioner worked from the first time I used it, but my ends still didn't take the conditioner as well as it normally would. I searched Amazon for a hard water filter shower head, and this AMAZING shower head came up. I bought it based on the reviews and tonight my husband installed it and I used it for the first time. It works SO WELL!!! My skin feels clean and not over-dried. My shampoo lathered up perfectly and I only had to use a normal amount. My conditioner spread through my hair and ends and I feel like I had my first REAL shower in 2 weeks! The install was super quick and easy. We wrapped with plumbers tape 5 times like one reviewer said to do. The water pressure is awesome! The spray area is awesome! And I really appreciate the packaging, QUALITY product (heavy, well built, sturdy - not cheap plastic) and most of all, they included the water pressure piece that some states require, but they did not have it IN the shower head. You can do that yourself if you want to or not. I'm thankful for the choice. This shower head is worth EVERY PENNY. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. I'm so surprised at how much of a difference this made in my water. I will get one for every bathroom in my house. You will not go wrong with this purchase!! I NEVER write reviews and I got out of the shower, dried off, got in bed and wrote my second review EVER. It's that great!

The installation was easy and took me about 5 minutes to replace my shower head with this. Anyone can change this, you don't need a plumber. The packaging is beautiful and comes with a manual, small wrench, plumbers tape and everything you need for installation. It has a water filter inside which helps people having hard water issues, by removing chlorine, unwanted minerals, and other impurities from the water. This shower head is high quality and has features that optimize water flow, making the showers feel more powerful even at low pressure. It has a steady water flow and has pressure that helps with minor muscle aches and pains. I needed this. It also helps with cleaning the hair and skin well without stripping the body's natural moisture. In short, it's like bathing with filtered water like a queen. I recently purchased this product for my sister, and she can't rave enough about the difference it’s made!
