Click to play video This thing is a beast. Right out of the box, the Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max feels like serious hardware—sturdy, well-built, and way sleeker than the typical pool cleaner. Setup is easy, which is exactly what you want at this price. Charge it, drop it in, and let it go to work. The app is actually useful too, but i lose WiFi in the water which doesn't seem to effect it Performance-wise, it doesn’t mess around. The 8500 GPH suction is very sufficient pulling up debris instantly, and the dual brushes do a solid job scrubbing off buildup. It’s got the smart mapping and cleaning patterns which mean it covers the whole pool efficiently, not just wandering around aimlessly. It handles walls, the floor, waterline, even skims the surface for leaves, which is something most pool bots ignore. And when it’s done? It parks itself at the surface so you’re not fishing around blindly trying to grab it. Battery life is string: 10 hours on surface cleaning, 5 hours for full deep cleaning mode, which is plenty even for larger pools. The wireless charging dock works easy. Filtration is the ultra-fine mesh, catching even the tiny stuff, and the water quality monitoring is a cool bonus, though not something I’d rely on alone. For the price, it’s an investment, but if you’re sick of dealing with cords, weak suction, or dumb cleaners that miss half the pool, this one actually delivers. It’s a full-package solution that makes pool maintenance almost effortless. UPDATE Really loving the robot after a week or so. Don’t get hung up on using the app. I’m honestly not sure what benefit there is. But it’s easy to pick settings and just drop it in the pool. It will go from there and it will just stop when it’s done. It is really good on the walls all the way above the waterline. The only thing it can’t do is vacuum my bench. I have a bench built in my pool along the side and it is way big enough for the robot but the robot climbs the wall bell the bench platform and it won’t climb up over it to reach the horizontal surface. But hey. I really like this thing.

Click to play video I found myself really impressed with the Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max. It really exceeded my expectations with all the features this unit has. I must admit it is an investment for the asking price. However, I found myself loving the unit as it does deliver. I start off by saying this unit is beautiful. With the black and dark blue tones and the gold accents, the unit really provides a luxury in quality feel to it. This unit is solid, i found every aspect of using and inspecting this unit to feel like it's quality made, and I expect it to last. When we talk about features, it has a lot, and it's packed with them. It connects to your wi fi and offers have the integration, however the app is not necessary as you can control the unit manually. It offers settings, like cleaning the floor of your pool, the walls, the waterline in even skimming the surface. And it does all of these features very well, in my opinion. I also love how the app sends you a notification when cleaning is done. One really nice feature is when it is done cleaning it parks itself along the edge of your pool for easy removal. As far as cons, there is only one negative that I can mention. You can control the unit via Wi-Fi and app integration. However, when the unit goes underwater, the wi fi signal is broken and you will lose app connection with the unit. However, when the unit returns to the surface for either removal or scheming the surface, the wi fi connection will return other than that, I haven't found any cons, as this unit cleans very well and I love quality. As I mentioned earlier in this review, it is an investment however, I'm very happy with the look and performance as it does deliver. I am very happy with Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max. And would happily recommend it.

Click to play video It's shiny. This bot by far the most well built high quality of all the pool bots I have reviewed in the 2 years. This is also the first time I have an Aiper bot to review. Starting with the wireless charging base. It's made of thick very sturdy plastic. The bot armor like outer shell protects its internal hardwares well. The 2 powered brushes are made of thick polyurethane rubber. The extra included micromesh filters are perfect for algae and microscopic organisms. Its has a skimming feature that most current bots lack. Did I said it's shiny? If it's shiny it must be good right?. This is by far the most advanced pool bot on the market.

The Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max is an absolutely impressive pool cleaning robot. Upon opening the box and seeing the robot, you can immediately see that the craftsmanship is amazing. It has a very sleek design including a nice carbon fiber handle that adds a little touch of luxury to this already beautiful robot. It has massive treads that make it look more like a Mars rover than a pool robot. Unboxing and setting it up were very easy. The instructions were very simple to follow and have included a quick start guide that cuts down on the amount of reading you have to do to start cleaning your pool. I would recommend setting it up with the help of a second person, especially when trying to get the robot out of its protective bag within the box as it can be a bit awkward. I was able to download the app, create an account, and then pair the robot to my Wi-Fi. Once that's all done you can do some basic setup and after you fully charged the robot, you are good to have it start cleaning your pool. It will learn your pool dimensions over time and if you have it set to hero mode, it will clean the floors, the walls, and skim the surface. It can also clean steps and other platforms within your pool. It has really great suction and can easily replace your old hose-based pool vacuum. I like that the included charging station with it allows for it to be charged while still wet. The charging station has no metal contacts and is similar to a wireless charger so that you don't have to worry about short circuiting anything if you put it on the charger while it's wet. This is good as I see wired charging is a flaw for a lot of pool robots as the contacts can corrode over time from a bit of water exposure. So the wireless charging is definitely a great feature. The filter basket board is nice and big so it can hold a lot of dirt and grime from cleaning the pool. It also includes a coarse mesh filter for capturing things like leaves and can swap in a different set of filters that are much more fine that will capture dirt and algae. It has a very impressive battery life, which is claimed to be about 10 hours but I am sure that battery life will diminish over time. It can be hard to find information on replacement batteries right now as this is a new unit, but I'm hoping over time that information will become more available as I imagine after 5 years it will need a battery replacement. Overall, I am just amazed with the quality of this pool vacuum. It definitely isn't cheap, currently listed at $3,099.00 CAD, but it will save you a lot of time and headache, which means you get to spend more time enjoying your pool. I am overall very happy with this product and I would highly recommend it!

This goes without saying but this pool robot cleaner is a very premium product with a premium price. It is not cheap but if you are in the market for a high end all in on pool vacuum cleaner robot, this thing is amazing! This robotic pool vacuum cleaner has you covered for all jobs and pretty much any pool size/shape. It is able to clean the floor, walls, and act as a water skimmer. Watching this beast float around the surface picking up leaves and other floating debris is very impressive, almost as impressive as seeing it stick to the walls as it cleans the perimeter of the pool. With two large threads on each side and rotating brushes on the bottom side, the robot is definitely not small. It is also not the lightest but actually quite manoeuvrable considering the size and what it is capable of doing. It is designed in a way that it can easily be picked up by the handle on the front then grabbed on the other side with your other hand for a better hold on it. When pulling it out of the water, the excess water does drain fairly fast making it quite easy to pull out when done. Speaking of retrieving the robot, when it is ready to come out it climbs up the wall and notifies you (if the app is setup) that it is ready to be pulled out of the pool. The top of the robot has physical controls to set the mode (all, floor only, floors and walls, skimmer only), the app also offers more in depth options. The charging base is great, no physical plugging of cables required on the robot itself. Simply take the robot out of the water and deposit it on the charging stand, the stand provides the charging required. Battery life wise, it seems to be plenty to do a full cleaning of the pool, however your millage may vary depending on the size of the pool. Cleaning the robot once it is done is also super easy, there is a basket at the top where all the debris is collected, it has a nice handle which makes it easy to pull out. You can take the hose to the basket directly for a quick wash but can also remove the sides which have the filter to get a more thorough clean. It also includes other filters that are super fine for the smaller stuff. Performance wise I am very happy, it does a great job at cleaning and keeping the pool clean with minimal effort. Overall I am very impressed with this robotic pool cleaner, it is a high end product that feels very premium and preforms very well. It is easy to use and requires little effort to keep the pool nice and clean. It is not a cheap product by any means but considering its capabilities, built quality, features, and mass amount of sensors, I think it is reasonable if in the market for such a premium product.

I recently acquired the Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max Robotic Pool Cleaner, and I have to say, it’s been a game-changer for maintaining my pool. As someone who dreads the time and effort it takes to manually clean a pool, I was really hoping this robotic cleaner would make my life easier—and it absolutely has. First off, the setup was incredibly easy. Out of the box, the Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max is surprisingly lightweight and user-friendly. You just plug it in, connect the necessary parts, and it’s ready to go. I was able to start using it within 15 minutes of taking it out of the box, which was a huge relief. No complicated instructions or hours of assembly like with some other pool equipment I’ve used in the past. Performance-wise, this robot does an outstanding job. It’s equipped with powerful suction, and I’ve noticed a significant difference in the cleanliness of my pool. Whether it’s small debris like leaves and dirt or larger particles, the Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max manages to scoop everything up without missing a beat. It efficiently moves around the pool, climbing the walls and even cleaning the waterline, which was a huge plus for me since that area tends to get the most buildup. I honestly didn’t expect it to clean the walls as well as it does, but it’s impressive. Another feature that stood out to me was the navigation system. The robot has smart sensors that allow it to map out the pool and avoid obstacles, so it doesn’t just randomly bounce around. It covers the pool in a systematic pattern, ensuring that no spot is missed, which is really reassuring. I also appreciate that it’s designed for both in-ground and above-ground pools, so it can handle different types of pool setups. What really won me over, though, was how quiet it is while running. I expected a loud buzzing or humming sound, but the Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max is surprisingly quiet. I can have it running while I’m outside relaxing by the pool, and it’s not disruptive at all, which is something I really value. The battery life is another major perk. The Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max has an impressive runtime, and I can typically get through a full cleaning cycle without needing to recharge. It’s nice knowing I don’t have to keep an eye on it all the time—once it’s set, I can just leave it to do its job. When it’s done, it returns to its charging station on its own, so I don’t have to worry about manually docking it. The charging station is also compact and doesn’t take up much space, so I can easily store it when the cleaner isn’t in use. The cleaning basket is another thoughtful feature. It’s easy to remove and clean, and it holds a decent amount of debris before needing to be emptied. I’ve found it simple to remove and rinse out, so maintenance doesn’t feel like a hassle either. The robot’s design is sleek and modern, and it’s clear that the materials used are high-quality and built to last. A minor drawback I noticed is that it can sometimes get stuck on pool steps or tight corners, but this is a relatively small issue considering how effectively it handles the rest of the pool. It doesn’t happen often, and when it does, it’s easy enough to reposition. Overall, the Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max has far exceeded my expectations. It’s made my pool cleaning routine so much easier, and I’m impressed by the efficiency, performance, and ease of use. If you’re looking for a robotic pool cleaner that delivers great results without the hefty price tag of some high-end models, I would highly recommend the Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max. It’s been worth every penny and has truly made maintaining my pool a breeze.

I wasn't sure what to expect of this pool robot vacuum given the higher price range. The robot vacuum that I've been using in recent years is about a third of the price and is corded. As soon as I saw this robot vacuum in person it became apparent that this robot vacuum has so much more to offer, starting with it's design. This looks like something that would be used on the space shuttle for mars or lunar landings. My grandkids were quite in awe when they saw it. The quality of the build is exceptional, it is sturdy and durable. The treads are much larger than on my previous cleaner. The treads provide a much more stable run and grip. Assembly and set up were simple and straight forward. Instructions are easy to follow, clear and concise. A quick start guide is provided and given that this robot vacuum has smart technology it's all that's needed to get started. Downloading the app was as straightforward as going to your app store and clicking on it, set up an account, the app guides you the rest of the way, step by step. Prior to first use I had to charge the unit, the smart technology will also have to do an initially mapping of your pool. One of the other benefits of this robot vacuum is that the filter basket has a larger capacity with multiple layers of filtration, providing a more effective and detailed cleaning. One of the things that I look for when making a larger investment in a battery operated product is the availability of replacement batteries. While this unit has a battery with a generous battery life, it's inevitable overtime that it will decrease. I have been unable to find replacement batteries from the seller/manufacturer or even from a third party. This is something to be mindful of when investing in such a product. Pros -360 degree mapping & adaptive flexipath 2.0 -superior maneuverability (suitable for any pool shape) -powerful suction -precise navigation -all in one cleaning (cleans walls, floors, waterlines, platforms and surfaces) -micromesh filtration (ultra fine filtration) -smart surface parking -dual jets -9 motors -TVC engines -battery longevity (12 hour surface cleaning, 5 hour floor cleaning, 5.5 super eco mode) I'm looking forward the summer months to put this robot vacuum into regular practice.

This is no question the most premium robotic pool vacuum cleaner I ever owned. This is not a simple pool cleaner but a tank that with go through the bottom, sides and surface that will clean up to 3230 sq.ft. To get started, you need to download the Aiper App from Google Play Store or Apple Market so you can control the Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max Pool Cleaner. Once fully charged, you can connect with the pool cleaner with WIFI. With the 40 Sensors, it will map out the whole pool including slopes, steps, pool ladders and the drain on the bottom. You have simple button controls on the top the pool vacuum cleaner to do full cleaning, bottom, bottom and side or surface cleaning. The App can control all this and you are able to keep and eye on progress and battery levels and the retrieve or recall the Aiper Cleaner. This is the first robotic Pool Cleaner that is has no contacts between the cleaner and the base when recharging. This makes a difference because you don't need to dry off the pool cleaner, just set it in place while it's wet. Like most pool cleaners, you have a removeable collection filter box that's easy to dump and when you need to clean out fine debris like sand, you can snap out the filters and spray clean them out and replace back into the collection basket. We are having our new home built as we speak with a large pool and after a lot of research on Robotic Pool Cleaners, I keep seeing the awards and innovations Aiper is doing with pool cleaners, I can clearly see they are the Leaders in this technology. I am looking forward to using the Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max Pool Cleaner. I am proud to have this Premium Top of the Line Robotic Pool Cleaner with the most advanced technology and this is a great value when you compare what is available today.
