I was taking Bloom, but it wasn't working, I was taking Bad atheltic but they took out of stook. I give a Tried to Alani, and wow, wow, this doesn't make my heart fast beatings, and give me focus with a natural energy, I feel that small sensation of tickles. I feel energery without feeling that sensation that you have to run jajaja. It will be my favorite. :) also there is a extra boost, but I am staying with this, I drink strong energy drinks sometimes when I am really tired, speaciale my period, but this, I mean I feel normal :) with normal energy. I am in love. Trust me you will love it. :)

Probé el Alani Nu Pre Workout con sabor a "Hawaiian Shaved Ice" y debo decir que ha superado mis expectativas. ¡Me ha dado un impulso impresionante sin sentirme nerviosa ni con energía de más! Lo que me encantó: Energía duradera: La dosis de 200mg de cafeína proporciona un aumento de energía potente pero controlado. No es abrumador y me permite mantenerme enfocada durante todo mi entrenamiento sin la caída de energía posterior. I’ve been using the Alani Nu Cosmic Stardust pre-workout for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m pretty impressed. I give it 4 out of 5 stars. First off, the taste is surprisingly good—sweet and slightly tangy without being too artificial or overpowering, which is rare for most pre-workouts I’ve tried. I actually look forward to drinking it, which says a lot. What really stands out for me is that when I take it in small doses, I don’t get the usual jitters or crash that I’ve experienced with other pre-workouts. It gives me just the right amount of clean energy and focus to push through my workouts without feeling overstimulated or anxious.

Update Update: daily user now, Costco has it much cheaper. Update: I gave it a week and took a full scoop in water in the parking lot of the gym. After warming up on the treadmill for about 20 minutes I started getting pins and needles in my hands (not horrible) and MY EARS (such a weird sensation). This must be that flush people are talking about. It passed within a minute and got a good pump to finish my run and get a great lifting session done. The flavor is not delightful but I tell myself it's no worse than an OG Redbull taste-wise. I'm using it regularly and not experiencing the bloating. I wouldn't recommend taking it and NOT being active as I'm thinking that may have been the cause. No caking or clumping. Mine had a dehydration packet in it along with the scoop. I just noticed there's an allergen warning super tiny on the back, it's processed in a shared facility with potential exposure to wheat, eggs, soy, fish oil, shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts worth noting if that's something you need to be careful about. ----------------- Ok, so this is my first pre-work, I don't have anything to compare it to other than being a caffeine fiend for a decade. I tend to be a little sensitive to caffeine. I also have Graves disease (hyperthyroidism). The back of the container says to consult your doctor if you have issues with hypertension or thyroid. That was on me. The jar arrived yesterday with the seal slightly opened, not enough to be concerning and nothing spilled out. Since I'd never taken a pre-work out, I took the recommended half-dose last night as I was around the house to kinda feel it out. I didn't get any jitters like I was worried about or any energy flushes or rushes like people mention, in fact, I didn't even really notice anything and went to be a few hours later with no sleep disturbance. Flash forward to this morning and I wake up feeling SO BLOATED. I didn't put two and two together and took another half scoop, squeezed into my pants, and pushed through my workout. It's now 24 hours, 2 half doses later, and I feel 6 months pregnant again. I got online and a quick search revealed that sucralose (one of the ingredients) and a couple other common pre-work out ingredients can cause bloating in some people. I guess I'm "some people" because this is unbearable and I won't be inclined to use it again. I'll take a day off, wait for it to clear up, and maybe try once more just to confirm but ya, I would much rather it had real sugar in it than alternatives. I just wanted to mention this as a possibility because I hadn't seen it in any other reviews. I had the Hawaiian Shave Ice flavor and I'm not new to the overly sweet flavors of energy and hydration drinks; the sweetness is on par with liquid IV with a completely bearable aftertaste. The powder dissolved with just a stir of the straw with no grittiness. The quality of the product is great in my short and limited experience just not for me. Bloat aside, workout and focus went well with no distinct rush. Not surprisingly this item is Non-Returnable so it'll likely sit on my shelf til I get the nerve to try it again before passing it on to the next victim.

Wow! I purchased the Hawaiian Shaved Ice- The taste is amazing! It doesn't have any artificial flavor, and it's not too sweet or chalky. It acts quickly without causing jitters or a crash. I felt energized throughout my entire run, and I maintained that energy better than usual. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

Tastes Like a Vacation, Hits Like a Freight Train! If a tropical luau and a lightning bolt had a baby, it would be this pre-workout. One sip of the Hawaiian Shaved Ice flavor, and I was mentally sipping a cocktail on a beach. Two sips in, I felt like I could wrestle a shark (ethically, of course). The energy? Immediate. The focus? Razor sharp. The tingles? Oh yeah, they’re there, and they’re letting me know it’s time to move some serious weight. By the time I hit the gym, I was ready to deadlift my car just for fun. Flavor-wise, it’s like an island getaway for your taste buds—sweet, refreshing, and not too overpowering. It actually makes me want to drink it, which is rare for pre-workouts that often taste like regret and melted batteries. If you need a pre-workout that tastes like summer and makes you feel like a superhero, this is the one. 10/10, would chug again.
