The adjustment was super easy, and the stand fits my three-quarter size classical guitar perfectly. It's very sleek and compact, and there truly is absolutely no assembly required. The foam padding on the stand is designed to treat your guitar gently, and the stand is sturdy and stable to protect the instrument from falls. The price was right, too. I highly recommend this guitar stand from Amazon Basics!

As a pro musician, I keep this in my gig bag, opening it, using it, and stowing it about 5 times a week. I've had it for two years now and it has never failed. Sturdy construction, strong materials, and foldable size have made my life easier. All the moving parts are metal and all of the mechanisms have kept their full strength without wearing out or losing their good feel. 5 stars, my friends.

This guitar stand was a great purchase! It was super easy to unfold and set up right out of the box. I use it for both my acoustic and electric guitars, and it holds each one securely without any wobble or slipping. The design offers solid back support, and the tall foam grippers at the bottom really do a great job keeping the guitar in place—they prevent any sliding. It’s portable, functional, and perfect for showing off your guitar while keeping it safe without any scratches. If you're looking for a dependable stand that looks good and shows off your guitar, I’d definitely recommend this one. 5/5 – Great value and excellent design.

Sturdy, collapses easily for transport, and unfolds easily and the button to adjust the base width is nice for custom holding any size guitar or bass (works great for both my acoustic and electrics)

This is compact and does the trick but you better center it correctly or guitar will just topple over since nothing to secure neck of guitar. Highly useful especially if you play your guitar regularly or else where else you place your guitar? On the floor leaning on a desk? Probably not a good idea if it's really expensive.

I just got this new stand this week and it is even better than advertised. My acoustic 6 & 12 strings, and my all metal body dobro are safe and looking good in this nice looking, durable stand. I like how it's mostly hidden behind my guitars being so short and compact. But it very solid and it folds up so nice and easy to carry. There are no hanging or moving or detachable pieces like my old ones. I'm sold on it. I will be ordering two more this week. Thanks for a good product. Lord bless yall. ✌️😎

It's been said that hanging a guitar from the wall can cause the neck to bend/bow slightly over time. This eleviates stress from the weight of the guitar.

I've tried several similar stands from different makers, and they have not been good. Many have mostly plastic parts, or are very prone to tipping. This Amazon Basics stand is well made, with metal parts, rubber feet, and dense neoprene foam covering on the arms that support the guitar. It works very well, stows away neatly, and hasn't gotten wobbly from being toted around to gigs. I wish I'd bought another half a dozen when they were on sale, to use in my music room. Excellent value even at the regular price. I've tried a number of guitars of different sizes, & this stand supports them well, with never any tendency to tip. The construction is very sturdy - it will probably outlast me! JANUARY 2022 Follow-Up. No complaints, and I purchased another when the price returned to "acceptable." I've seen or tried some other, "look-alike" stands, and to sum up why the Amazon Basics one is better: The devil is in the details! The steel tubing used to make this stand is a heavier gauge than other brands I've tried. The "angle-adjustment" mechanism works, and has been robust. The rubber cap at the top of the A-frame makes quite a difference in terms of keeping the guitar upright. It's not slippery - others are. Overall, the build quality and materials are just better than what's found in many similar competitors, and they are sturdy. Mine original one has had plenty of use and is still doing the job - which is one reason I finally bought another. The other reason for buying another of these Amazon Basics stand right now is price: after my original purchase, the price per stand climbed and climbed, reaching almost absurd levels. They are now below CAD$20/each, so for a New Years Gift to myself it seemed like a good I buy. I don't see any change in material or overall quality from the 2019 stand, and this one feels very solid, as the original did. My rating of 5 stars has not changed, and I have tried (and returned) several other stands since 2019 because they were shoddy and not up to the job. No stand is perfect for every style of guitar and every person's needs, but this particular stand works very well for me.

This is the second AmazonBasics Guitar Stand I have purchased. Packaged in the usual AmazonBasics style in minimal and easy to open packaging. Not much to review here, the stand opens out into a sturdy, low and compact stand with two curiously designed arms to accommodate different shaped guitars. Both my Stratocaster and LAG Acoustic fit in the stand as expected. The stand has a good weight to it compared to other similarly priced stands.
