Very happy about these plates - I thought I’d try them out to see how sturdy they are. Very nice compared to many brands. It’s the perfect size for mealtime. We’ve even used them for ice cream with no issues. It doesn’t seem to get soggy like some of the generic varieties. These are eco friendly, if that’s important. We try to watch our carbon prints and are glad to add these plates to our kitchen.

I really don't like doing dishes all the time so sometimes I just go for a paper plate. These are great. Sturdy, with no need to double up. They are the same size as the small plates in the dish set (I think people call those salad plates...? I feel like those should be dinner plates and the big ones salad plates, but that's just me.) I've been buying these because they are a better value than the ones from W. They hold up great to toddlers. They do just fine in the microwave. THey have a neutral pretty design. Yeah. They're paper plates. I'll keep buying them.

We used to always buy the GV store brand from the big box retailer but with Subscribe & Save I get these for a little less money and they are definitely better than the other ones. They are just as thick as the Dixie brand for a fraction of the price. The 8.5” plates are just the right size for the amount of food we usually put on them. It’s just myself and my wife so we use them just to save on having to wash dishes a lot, but they are great for a birthday or pool party for sure. The Amazon brand really offers some quality products. I just wish they were more consistent with the lower prices on all their household items across the board.

I’ve been using these Amazon Basics paper plates for several months now, and they’ve become a regular part of my household routine. For the price point and 100-count package, they offer solid value that’s honestly comparable to name-brand alternatives I’ve tried. The 8.62-inch size is perfect for what I use them for - light snacks, quick sandwiches, chips, and easy weekday meals. They’re particularly great when you want something convenient without the cleanup. I also appreciate the summer pattern design, which adds a bit of fun compared to plain white plates. That said, I want to be upfront about their limitations. These are definitely on the flimsier side compared to some other brands. They work fine for toddler meals and light foods, but I wouldn’t rely on them for anything heavy or saucy. If you’re planning a special occasion or serving hearty meals, you’ll want to invest in something sturdier. The thickness is adequate for daily light use, but don’t expect premium durability. Despite being slightly thin, they do hold up reasonably well for their intended purpose. I haven’t had issues with them falling apart during normal use with sandwiches, snacks, or simple meals. They’re sturdy enough for what they’re designed for - quick, convenient dining. I continue purchasing these specifically because of their size and value proposition.
