I love this bed. It feels like sleeping on a cloud. it contours exactly to the shape of my body and gives exactly great support needed without any bumps or soft spots. How the heck did they managed to compress a California king size mattress down into a rolled sausage that fits in a 3x 3x4 foot shipping box I will never understand, but they did it. When I unwrapped it from the packing material it immediately expanded to its original intended size and it only took about 30 minutes for it to completely fluff up, even though the instruction say wait up to 72 hours. I was able to sleep on it the first night and I didn't notice any kind of bumps or soft spots that shouldn't be in the mattress. I'm very happy with this mattress and i's a quality product. Why pay more for brand names when Amazon Basic is providing a high quality mattress for a lower cost!!!

This is the second one I purchased. I bought one a couple years ago for my grandson and bought another again this year for my son. Very good quality. The price is also great! You would never believe how good this product is till you try it. Bought the plush but it is still firm but comfortable because of the memory foam. Excellent product. Here is a product you finally do not have to pay a lot for to get the comfort you need if you like firm but also comfortable on your bones.

Very good quality mattress was almost ready the same day and required no waiting for it to expand! The height is almost as it says and it retains the shape as expected when you lay on it. I put this in my guest room and got good review of the sleep quality.

The word "plush" was used to describe this mattress. I mistakenly believed that it would be very soft. It has 3 layers; firm, medium and " plush ". My old topper is so much softer than the new "plush" one. Since I wanted a very soft sleeping surface, I was disappointed with this "plush" one . It is a good base for my old soft topper; not what I was hoping for, but acceptable. Two of my stars are for ease of installation. No trouble at all, because of the very secure plastic packing. Drag the mattress to your bed, cut off the plastic wrap and fold it out. In 72 hours, bingo! If you are searching for a soft mattress as I was, insist on the word "soft" in the description.

The mattress was well packaged and easy to get out of the box and assemble. It expanded quite a bit within 24 hrs. We put this full size mattress in my son’s cubby bed and it fit perfectly. There was a tiny chemical smell at first but it was on the plastic that wrapped it, not the bed itself. The smell was gone within 24 hrs of letting the mattress settle and expand. Good quality and the mattress has a fabric zipped casing around it to protect it. My son has been sleeping longer because the mattress is so comfortable…. Wish it was mine! Overall very pleased and I would recommend. The mattress is holding its shape while being firm but also feels cushy. We have 2 of these mattresses in the 8inch for our girls and our son has the mattress that is 10 inch. The 10 inch mattress is more comfortable. The photo is the mattress 1 hour out of the box, it expanded more after 24 hrs.

Product looks great but I was supposed to receive a mattress pad free of charge with the order but didn't get it and when I talked to customer service they said they didn't see it in the order and disconnected would have been nice to get a sorry I'm not able to help you instead of just disconnecting.
