I do soak baths a lot usually I use Epson salt this time I use magnesium salt. Did I feel a different? Absolutely my whole body just felt totally released. I slept the best. I’ve slept in many many years.

I like to get a bath 1x week with Magnesium flakes and find this product is excellent. I boil water and mix in the magnesium, let it cool and pour into a glass spray bottle. Then use it as a spray on my feet to promote sleep.
