Bought one of these back at the end of 2016, and it's still going strong after near constant use in a tractor trailer (almost 800K miles/1.28M kilometers). It fits snugly in the outlet and has a relatively low profile. There's a little blue light that shows it's getting power, but it's not bright enough to be annoying or distracting.

Best charger for the car, I like that it has 2 spaces for charging so you can charge more than one device. It has lasted a long time, Ive ordered a few of these for family and my teens cars to so everyone has one. It's great to have in a pinch so you aren't left stranded with a dead phone.

This product "Anker Power Drive 2" has been updated and improved. It does, now, make good contact in a standard UK/European car accessory socket (cigarette lighter) and charges both Apple and Android 'phones and tablets. Well done Anker for responding to concerns. I HAVE NO RECOMMENDING THIS PRODUCT. Following my previous, unfavourable review, I was contacted by Anker, expressing their concern and, after releasing their updated version of this product, they provided me with a sample for evaluation, at no cost. This action has not influenced my review in any way. It is, now, a good product. I consider Anker to provide not only good products but excellent service. Unfortunately, this product DID NOT WORK so was returned for refund. The adaptor looks good and appears to be well designed and manufactured but, unfortunately, when connected to car accessory socket, it did not make good electrical contact due to the springs not making positive contact with the sides of the accessory socket, allowing the adaptor to move around and produce an intermittent contact. It has been returned for refund and replaced with a product from a different manufacturer.

Had this charger for about 6 years now and it still works well, delivers good amount of power for my dashcam and for topping up my phone. The small blue LED can be a little distracting, when drigving at night, but it is easily resolved with a small black tape patch to cover it. Recommended.

Basterebbe il titolo per descrivere questo prodotto, ma Amazon ci costringe ad essere generosi con le parole. E dunque sia! La prima ottima impressione è data dalla confezione, non banale, anch'essa di qualità e completata da un simpatico bigliettino di presentazione che include la garanzia. Oltre questa, c'è "solo" tutta la consistenza e la qualità di questo caricatore per auto, che si percepisce sin già dalla robustezza della carrozzeria che è in ABS e non la solita platicaccia delle cineserie. Indiscutibile ovviamente il resto: veloce, sicuro, affidabile, efficiente, forse anche più performante dei caricabatterie rapidi solitamente in dotazione con i vari device. E' sottinteso che per apprezzare appieno le sue prestazioni va usato con cavi di altrettanta ottima qualità. Bello anche da vedere: molto compatto, il bordino rosso è molto accattivante ed è molto funzionale la spia di carica. L'ho usato sia con un iPhone 6S che con un Galaxy Note Edge e si è comportato egregiamente in entrambi i casi. In particolare, con il Samsung che porta una batteria di 3000 mhA me l'ha riportato (in stand-by) dal 5% al 35% in ca. 10 minuti. Direi niente male! Rapporto qualità-prezzo senza paragoni, qualche euro in più rispetto ai 5-6 euro che solitamente si spendono per questo genere di prodotto ci valgono tutti e garantiscono una qualità a vita. Come sempre impeccabile e puntualissima la spedizione!

This is really a very good charger. I used it to charge my note 3 and in 20 mins the charge was up from 1% to 39%. Build quality is really good and the best part is its really small and takes up less space. I highly recommend this product.
