I was hesitant to purchase this because I am an Apple user, but the reviews were really good so I thought I’d give this Android device a try. The mobility aspect and being able to use it as a wireless device were definitely features that interested me. I’m so glad I purchased it! Putting it together was easy and I had no issues connecting to my wifi and installing my apps. It is so nice to roll into my kitchen and watch Hulu, Youtube Tv, Netflix, TikTok, etc or have a recipe from Pinterest on the big screen for easy reference while baking or cooking. It’s also handy to use with my Cricut and xTool F1 Ultra via Bluetooth or USB. Having such a large screen makes designing my projects so much easier and enjoyable. I have not experienced any crashes or glitches. It makes a nice tv for my outdoor patio, too!! And the included remote works great!! Highly recommend it!!

Bought this TV. Very easy to setup, it took me less than 30mins. The product looks expensive and you can install unlimited apps from app stores. Works well with my vpn and other video/audio software. Picture quality is perfect for 1080p and is curious to see how it works in a 4K. We are moving smoothly it from kitchen to bedroom. Has been using for few days and we have zero complaints so far. I can use screen mirror from/to other screens.The value is the best comparing with other companies. Love it.

I was very hesitant to purchase this product as I do not have much experience with Android-based operating systems, and this Smart Screen was significantly more competitively priced compared to other models in the marketplace. However, after receiving the package, I was delighted to see how much time and effort went into designing the packaging. The packaging not only protected the product but was also designed in such a way that it assisted me with one of the assembly steps. The unit turned on right away, the remote synced the first time, and it connected to WiFi instantly. The touchscreen is responsive, and the brightness out of the box was perfect. It rolls easily on the casters, and it even came with an extra screw in each bag and a very nice screwdriver. You will not be disappointed! The fit and finish of this product for the price are superb! Thank you, ApoloSign, for what appears to be a flawlessly designed product straight out of the box!

Product stopped working after only using it for one month. And Amazon said I’m just outside the return period. The assurion protection policy I purchased says that this issue is covered under the manufacturer warranty so now I am without a monitor that I plan to use for a tradeshow in two weeks. The support for Apolo Sign is via email so you can’t actually call and speak with anybody. It’s extremely frustrating and for paying over $800 I can’t believe that this has happened!

I was looking for a way to share flyers and resources in a more professional way than taping printed copies to the floor-to-ceiling windows in the storefront so I started looking for a TV and a stand to cast to. I came across smart screens and did a lot of research before purchasing. I bought a cheaper option and it was horrible and ordered this one within a few hours of unboxing the previous version. The first model I bought was really difficult and awkward to put together and I was unable to do it on my own. Once I got it set up I realized it did not have a camera included with it even though the photos showed using it for Zoom. I immediately started the return process and looked for a replacement. This model was the complete opposite of my first experience!! Putting it together was so easy. The box had step-by-step directions with photos printed on the inside of the lid, the styrofoam packaging materials were created to assist with holding the heavy base upright and had a cut out to perfectly align the support post so I could easily put it together on my own without worry of dropping or breaking anything. The stand even has a magnetic cover that comes off to reveal metal cutouts to easily attach the screen with the pre-installed screws which were so helpful in securely attaching the pieces. The start-up was automatic and moved step by step seamlessly. It connected to my computer through my Google Account. From unboxing to using the smart screen it only took 20 minutes on my own. I used it the same day for a hybrid Zoom meeting and it worked perfectly for those online and in-person. The sound and image quality is amazing! I waited to set up the slideshow because I was not sure what software to use and did not have time to put a slideshow together until a few days after I started using it. I happened to see an icon for "Slideshow" already downloaded on the home screen. There was a QR code and a web address to sign into the free app. Imagine my surprise when I uploaded 48 images all at once and it started the slideshow automatically! It is the easiest app I have ever used!! You can easily change images, add music, change timing, add custom posts, set a schedule, analytics, and so many more options than I ever expected!! This is the perfect addition to my non-profit office!
