I had purchased one for a family member as a gift, and after seeing it, I immediately ordered one for myself. It is easily my best purchase of the past 12 months. The experience I love it because I have thousands of photos of my kids, and they were all stuck on my phone. We never looked at them. I always said I would print books, but rarely ever did. I hung this frame in the kitchen and instantly all those memories were unshackled from my phone. its really so much fun. I really enjoy looking at it, and it fills the home with so many great memories and good laughs. Its also really fun to snap a great new pic and just send it to the frame. Its so so so so easy and fun to use. I hung mine portrait bc 90% of photos are from a phone, and they look great. I often find my wife and kids looking and laughing at the photos. Everyone that walks through the home ends up standing in front of it to watch the pictures and smiling. The product The resolution is outstanding. Pictures are very crisp and the color is vibrant. Additionally, seeing the photos large adds a really great new dimension. Get the 15" display, you wont regret it. I also love that it plays videos. We have several funny videos in the rotation and its just really great to watch them. We have the phots going from oldest to newest, so its fun to kinda see the story of the family growing as the kids get older and more kids enter the rotation. The app The Frameo app takes a day or so to figure out, but once you get used to it, adding pics to the frame takes less than 5 seconds. Just a couple clicks. The phone app and the app that runs in thr frame offer a lot of customization. Theres a bit of a learning curve, but after that takes (1-2 days) everything is realy seamless and easy to use. Very reliable as well.

I was SO excited to get this frame! It is perfect to add all of my photos to. I love the app, it is SO easy to use and send photos. I love that I could orient the frame either way to fit where I want. There’s so many settings that I can customize it amazingly. Set up was simple. I can’t sing the praises enough. Perfect gift for grandparents or parents!

I got this for my parents for Christmas and they love it! I was hesitant buying this just because sometimes more money actually does equal better quality but this was relatively inexpensive and looks/works great! It’s easy to use and I shared the access link with my whole family so they’re all able to upload photos to it easily. The pictures always look great and we’ve never had issues with it not connecting to WiFi. Definitely recommend this!

Love this frame! It’s perfect for my office desk as it allows me to see all my pictures while working. The frame was easy to set up and the app is super easy to use. The pictures uploaded fairly quickly. The pictures are high resolution and the frame is touchscreen which is great. I love that it holds so many pictures and has the option to insert a SD card for more pictures.

I absolutely love this ApoloSign digital frame! The setup was super easy, and I was able to start sending photos right away. The picture quality is fantastic — bright, clear, and sharp. I also love that it connects via WiFi, so family and friends can share photos with me instantly, no matter where they are. The touchscreen is very responsive, and the auto-rotate feature makes it easy to display photos both vertically and horizontally. It’s a great way to keep memories alive and makes a perfect gift. Highly recommend!

Pretty easy to set up, easy to upload photos and easy to let other people upload photos. Non tech savy people may need help navigating the app at first. Pictures are decent quality. It's a good gift.

Bought a couple of these for Christmas - after reviewing many many frames. Was hoping for the best after reading some of the not so good reviews across all the different brands. From researching seems they just boil down to the same guts for all of them with a little different memory capacity and different software platform. I tested this one out weeks before the holiday to make sure I didn't get one of the bad ones. It started up, accepted photos from my phone and worked just fine. I had tried storeing and reading some PC photos via the card but I found when these displayed, none of the photos completly filled the entire photo frame. There were blank edges on the sides of each photo. OK, the photo transfers were good. After the holiday, I decided to try to go beyond transferring them with my Frameo phone app and do the transfer from my Windows computer using the USB port. First attempt did not work. I reached out to Frameo support for help and they told me to be sure to use a cable that was capable of data transfer as some cables can be charging only. I gave them more information on the model I purchased and they then told me my model was not capable of do the transfer of photos from the computer - but...I could still use my card and phone to transfer. I was ready to send it back. All my photos are on my computer why would I had to transfer them to a card then to the frame? The ad says you can use the USB cable. So I reached out to Apolosign. Thankfully their customer service guided me thru the steps to make it work and I was able to transfer my photos from my Windows computer via the USB cable. Overall, the pictures transfered from the phone and USB cable to the frame are the best quality and the clarity is very good. I'm impressed with the quantity of photos the frame holds. I was able to load over 5 months of photos of our RV trip West 13.5 GB and still have room for plenty more. I do like the product, my husband and I enjoy it every day. Many thanks to the customer service team at Apolosign – they saved the sale by helping me with my questions! Here is the information Apolosign provided if anyone runs into the same problem. The info is out there, you have to go to the Apolosign website to get this information. Tip: I was doing batches of photos since I had so many on the PC (it took about 15 minutes to do 1000 photos) I found I had to turn off the frame, then turn it back on to get the next batch of photos to transfer. 1. Connect your frame to your computer with a USB cable On your frame, go to Settings -> Manage photos -> Transfer from computer 2. Toggle the feature on, and your computer will detect the frame 3. The frame can usually be found by going to This PC in File Explorer. If the computer cannot detect the photo frame, restart the photo frame and try again. 4. Start copying photos from your computer to the frame's DCIM folder Simply let the frame import all the photos to its slideshow and avoid disconnecting the cable until all the photos have been transferred. Please note that transfer via a USB cable is currently only possible on Windows and Linux.
