Bought a couple of these for Christmas - after reviewing many many frames. Was hoping for the best after reading some of the not so good reviews across all the different brands. From researching seems they just boil down to the same guts for all of them with a little different memory capacity and different software platform. I tested this one out weeks before the holiday to make sure I didn't get one of the bad ones. It started up, accepted photos from my phone and worked just fine. I had tried storeing and reading some PC photos via the card but I found when these displayed, none of the photos completly filled the entire photo frame. There were blank edges on the sides of each photo. OK, the photo transfers were good. After the holiday, I decided to try to go beyond transferring them with my Frameo phone app and do the transfer from my Windows computer using the USB port. First attempt did not work. I reached out to Frameo support for help and they told me to be sure to use a cable that was capable of data transfer as some cables can be charging only. I gave them more information on the model I purchased and they then told me my model was not capable of do the transfer of photos from the computer - but...I could still use my card and phone to transfer. I was ready to send it back. All my photos are on my computer why would I had to transfer them to a card then to the frame? The ad says you can use the USB cable. So I reached out to Apolosign. Thankfully their customer service guided me thru the steps to make it work and I was able to transfer my photos from my Windows computer via the USB cable. Overall, the pictures transfered from the phone and USB cable to the frame are the best quality and the clarity is very good. I'm impressed with the quantity of photos the frame holds. I was able to load over 5 months of photos of our RV trip West 13.5 GB and still have room for plenty more. I do like the product, my husband and I enjoy it every day. Many thanks to the customer service team at Apolosign – they saved the sale by helping me with my questions! Here is the information Apolosign provided if anyone runs into the same problem. The info is out there, you have to go to the Apolosign website to get this information. Tip: I was doing batches of photos since I had so many on the PC (it took about 15 minutes to do 1000 photos) I found I had to turn off the frame, then turn it back on to get the next batch of photos to transfer. 1. Connect your frame to your computer with a USB cable On your frame, go to Settings -> Manage photos -> Transfer from computer 2. Toggle the feature on, and your computer will detect the frame 3. The frame can usually be found by going to This PC in File Explorer. If the computer cannot detect the photo frame, restart the photo frame and try again. 4. Start copying photos from your computer to the frame's DCIM folder Simply let the frame import all the photos to its slideshow and avoid disconnecting the cable until all the photos have been transferred. Please note that transfer via a USB cable is currently only possible on Windows and Linux.

Like many busy parents, I'm terrible at actually printing out photos of my kids. They usually end up forgotten on my phone or maybe make it as far as the fridge door before getting replaced. With three little ones (Hazel, Rory, and Scarlett), I have tons of pictures I want to display, but the hassle of printing and framing just never happens. After seeing a friend's digital frame, I decided it was time to find a better solution. I ordered this ApoloSign Neon Light Digital Picture Frame, specifically because the large size seemed great for visibility, and the idea of backlighting sounded pretty cool. Honestly, I'm really impressed. Getting it set up was surprisingly simple and straightforward – I had pictures displaying in no time. The best part? It looks way better than I anticipated, especially for the price. The screen is bright, the pictures are clear, and that backlighting feature actually adds a really nice touch, making the frame look quite premium sitting on the shelf. It's fantastic to finally have an easy way to cycle through and actually see all those photos of the kids growing up, without needing a single trip to the print shop or dealing with picture frames. If you're drowning in digital photos and want an attractive, easy-to-use way to display them, I highly recommend this frame. It exceeded my expectations!

I recently purchased this digital picture frame, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The vibrant neon backlight adds a sleek, futuristic touch to my living room and truly makes your photos pop; it’s really been a statement piece. The image quality is crisp and bright, and uploading photos was incredibly easy via the app. I also love the slideshow feature, which keeps my favorite memories on rotation. The frame’s quality also feels pretty durable, so I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to give a nice touch to any room!

The frame was easy to set up, has a good-quality screen, and has additional features I was not expecting. My favorite aspect of this frame is that the 32 GB storage is true to the website description. The Frameo app is very convenient, unlike the Nixplay-supported digital frame, which actually requires you to buy a subscription after you surpass their 500 MB cloud storage. That one is also more expensive! NOT WORTH IT!

Very clear and colorful, photos display on this Apolosign frame. The screen is bright, and the pictures look vibrant. The soft glow from the neon light makes it feel cozy, and it even changes with the photos, which is a nice touch. Sharing pictures is super easy, you can send them through the app, or transfer them using a computer, USB stick, or memory card. My family enjoys seeing updates right away. It also shows the weather and has little features like a clock, which I didn’t expect but really like. Overall, it’s a lovely gift and adds a warm, personal touch to any room.
