I was a little hesitant about buying the renewed version, but these AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) look and work just like brand new. The noise cancellation is excellent, the sound quality is crisp and immersive, and the connectivity is seamless. They pair instantly and stay connected without any dropouts. They’re also super comfortable for long periods of wear, whether I’m working, walking, or just relaxing. The battery life holds up great, and for the price, they are a total win! I try other products, but always come back to Apple for the quality and ease of use. Highly recommend!

They’re good no complaints. Was clean and work perfectly. ANC, transparency, Spatial Audio are all good. Came in like an Amazon box instead of a real apple box but it came with everything, different eartips, the cord, and they’re just good. Mines still on warranty. Hope this helped if buy it again rather than dropping 250 for new ones. Good value for money. Connecticity was fast and easy.

they have had problems connecting and disconnecting since i bought then in jun 24. battery in referb don't last as long as new ones. lol. but their still the best ones out there in my opinion. they can be reset and keep clean. clean contacts with alcohol and swab. and they work fine. bass and noise cancel and sound quality i still believe they are best.

TL;DR: AirPod Pros are the best at noise canceling; Amazon Renewal program is boss. This is a review both for the AirPods Pro (2nd gen), but also for the Amazon Renewal program. I'm not bought into the Apple ecosystem and have no plans to do so, but I won a pair of these at a work event, and they changed my life. Seriously I'm so much more productive because I don't have to listen to the loud project manager sitting next to me on calls all day - that's how good the active noise canceling is. If that's what you're looking for in a pair of earbuds, I've tried and failed to find anything comparable that didn't sacrifice on some other criterion (battery life first and foremost). But here's the deal about the Amazon Renewal thing... I got another pair of honest-to-goodness AirPod Pros in perfect condition with all the accessories at a sizeable discount (though as I write this the same product sold by Apple is discounted down to $190, which is what I paid for this pair :) ). While Amazon isn't my favorite company, and I've had both good and bad experiences with it, I'm happy to help reduce their (and by extension, other companies') environmental footprint by buying a perfectly good product at a cheaper rate just because somebody else's expectations of it weren't met. The packaging of all the accessories was great, the product itself was, as mentioned, indistinguishable from a brand-new set, and I was incredibly happy with them. Now, after finding out that my wife is one of the unfortunate people who are susceptible to vertigo from using noise-canceling headphones, it didn't make sense for us to have 2 pairs, so I decided to return the set I bought Renewed. After a little bit of uncertainty around the return process (the UPS driver will bring a printed label for my otherwise unlabeled package? And I wasn't actually present when he picked it up, so I had to take it on faith that they did, in fact, do that rather than just swiping the box...), I'm getting my full refund, and presumably, somebody else will become the new owner of this nearly-pristine product which reduced Apple's demand for more product to be created by 2 units (so far). In my mind, this program is a win for everyone (possible exceptions of Apple, and employees of Amazon) and the environment. I know what goes into electronics manufacturing (and what comes out other than products), so I'm really glad to see this happening. Super glad Amazon does all this.

I received them and they work very well. The only issue is that they are linked to someone else's email, and every now and then, I get a location alert. Is it possible to reset them? Or what should I do? Thanks if anyone knows how to handle this.
