So far everything works as it should it looks pretty great for a pair of refurbished AirPods with only two very small chipped marks on the inside ( with all the other noticeable stuff on the AirPod themselves and the case that’s not circled being from my handling) as for the features I've had no problems so far and it sounds really good, the only problem that I have with these AirPods is being able to use the “Find My” app in case I lose them or it gets stolen because the previous user didn’t unregister this pair of AirPods from their apple account. But there are plenty of work arounds for that. In general I feel very satisfied with this purchase.

Have static in the left ear bug when I go to pull it out of my ear start making a squealing sound every time I put my hand on it to remove it and then on the noise cancellation settings it kept jumping back-and-forth on by itself so I ordered a new pair from Walmart that was genuine Apple products that work correctly and works 50% better than the other ones and even brought up a whole Nother app saying that these was pro two where the other ones just brought Apple Pro with a different app than the new ones from Walmart that has a one year warranty for $169 with four months free Apple plan as well. The other was defective or generic.

These airpods are really nice, good sound, work seamlessly with my iphone. They do a good job of noice cancellation and can be set to pass through sound when needed. My only gripe is that they are advertised as being a decent low end hearing aid. You can take a hearing test and that allows them to adjust sound accordingly, equalize to your hearing deficits. With the pass through, I can hear high frequencies a little better and sometimes speech is more decipherable. But they are very unreliable in this regard. If I am listening to music, the pass through only turns the sound down if I speak first, so my wife has to get my attention, then I have to speak loudly enough to turn the sound down before she can communicate with me. As a hearing boost when not playing music, they are intermittent. Sometimes I get boost from both and sometimes one or the other will basically turn off and on while I am listening to outside sounds. When the boost turns off, they act more like ear plugs than hearing aids. Anyway, I am very disappointed that the hearing aid feature doesn't work well. I do better to just leave them out.

I purchased the AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) for my son, and they’ve exceeded expectations. The earbuds are in excellent condition, nearly new, with superb sound quality and effective noise cancellation. The improved battery life and convenient USB-C charging make them very user-friendly. My only concern is that my son wears them almost constantly, which might affect his interaction with family and friends. Overall, these are high-quality earbuds, but it’s important to monitor usage to maintain a healthy balance.

I bought this with the assumption it would be heavily used, or clearly cosmetically scratched. When it came in the mail, it didn’t come in its original Apple box; but inside had all the original packaging and cords. The case itself is literally scratch free with no scuff marks or any signs of wear & tear (I used to own the first gen Pros for a few years) On top of that, find my works perfectly, and the inside of the case is completely clean. Maybe I stuck lucky and got a barely used pair! Very happy with my purchase.

The very least that could have been done prior to reselling an open box/refurbished item would be to remove the EAR WAX from the product. How was this tested for quality or functionality if there is debris and organic material from the original user on the product? Refurbished doesn’t mean “used, dirty & fixed”, it should still be clean, presentable, “sellable” - this doesn’t appear to have even been looked at, wiped down, let alone cleaned. I paid over $200 for AirPods that look like they were found on the floor of a bus and given away for free.

Based on other reviews I’d seen, I expected refurb AirPods to come without original packaging, so I was delighted to see an Apple box in my Amazon delivery (and a day earlier than expected!). It even had security seals (though you could see that it had been sealed over an original broken seal, so these are at least open box not brand new. Inside, the AirPods looked brand new. Again, the case had plastic wrap around it like it would have done from the factory, and brand new silicone tips. The packing inside the box looked new, and it came with a pack of alternative tips. The charging case was partly charged, and the pods themselves fully charged, so I was able to get them running immediately. Paired flawlessly with my iPhone and iPad, which showed a warranty from Apple for 6 months, which was an added bonus. Setup took minutes, and right now I’m waiting for an update to the latest firmware. All in all, I’m delighted. Apart from the seals (and some light marks on the box), these could have been brand new, but with a hefty discount from the new price.
