Not sure about the future but for now I can say I love these. Very easy to set up and they work great. I would definitely buy from this seller again. They look like they are brand new. No regrets.

Let’s start the list with what WASNT wrong with this order- it’s MUCH shorter. The AirPods arrived when it said they would. That’s it. That’s the list. Now, on to why I rated these one star and wish I could rate them as lower. They came to me in a small cardboard box that was unmarked. Fine, I get it they were refurbished. But not even a little bit of bubble wrap to keep them broom banging around the entire time they were in transit? I work for fed ex I know how stuff gets knocked around. Came with a charger cord which is cool except it was a usb-c and I ordered a pair of lightning port AirPods sooooo yeah. The sound quality was what you would expect if you took a tin can, tied a string to it and had someone scream into it from another tin can tied to the other end of the string. I tried to have a conversation with my husband and he could register approximately one out of every 4 words I said. When he spoke, it sounded like he had a mouthful of dry crackers. So the sound quality was trash. None of the controls on the pods worked. Volume? Nope. One push mute? Also nope. I went into the app to make sure *I* wasn’t the problem and also nope. So that was a fail. The battery also was terrible. Two hours max per pod. This is my third set of pods (I’m on my phone A LOT) and I’ve never seen battery deplete so quickly. Not only that but there was NO WARNING before they just died. Normally you get two heads up warnings that your battery is depleting. Not so with this pair. After 2 hours of use just BOOM dead. So mid conversation I had to scramble to remember where I had left my phone or while I was at work I had to stop what I was doing to change out the pod. Just a mess all around. I had gotten a refurb phone so I thought this would be a great way to save a little bit of cash while also cutting down on electronics waste but this was just trash from one end to the other. And let’s not forget the return procedure. It used to be a simple act of taking them to one of the return places in my area. Drop them off, get my money back. Simple. Now, I have to box them up, print a label and BE HOME for UPS to come get them. What a headache, since as I said I work for fed ex M-F. I’m heading to Best Buy to get a new pair of these and give myself a break from this whole trashy experience.

I haven't had them but a few hours but impressed to say the least so far! They connect so easily! I have a daith piercing that normal airpods don't fit and these feel great! I got these because i didn't want to spend 250 bucks and i am very happy! They also came with a case and charger (no block) It is a lightning that goes into the airpods and type c that goes into the block! So if you dont have a box/lightning charger you may want to buy a type c box!

BUY THESE!!! I bought these without knowing if they would work or not, but they do. The package is a little cardboard box it has the AP's in them and a charger. I know these are real because with my purchase came 3 month free subscription for Apple Music. Very happy

Wasn’t sure if I should get these due to the mixed reviews. I have a pair of these already and wanted a second pair for Travel so I don’t have to worry about charging them. They arrive quickly, and in very clean condition with no visible marks or scratches on them, connected right away. And so far are working without issue, great for the price.

These worked great, but the battery life isn’t great. As a refurb I wasn’t expecting new-like battery life but they didn’t stand up to the use of my teen (who has at least one ear bud in an ear at any given moment in time). To be real here, the battery didn’t last the whole day for just the case. If you’re just looking to have these for light use and maybe the gym, you’ll probably be fine. Maybe we just got the short end of the stick, but the reviews were legit

To preface this, I have never had a problem with refurbished apple items before and these are not the first set of AirPods I’ve owned. I received these AirPods on time and was really excited about it. When I opened them, they were not in an apple box but that was not a huge problem. I received them early in the afternoon which is important info for later. I try for 20 minutes to connect the headphones to my phone and they WILL NOT PAIR. I charge them and decide to try later, meanwhile, I have them with me ALL day and unable to use them. Later that night I decide to play with it and see if something changed. Nothing changed so I called apple support and they were unable to help me. 30 minutes later I get a TRACKING notification. THESE AIRPODS HAVE MAPPED OUT MY ENTIRE DAY!!! Apparently the previous owner did not release/remove the device from their Find My. Called Apple Support again, they told me that I had to go through Amazon and Amazon has to contact the seller and they may or may not remove it… Apple cannot override this! This is a MAJOR INVASION OF PRIVACY!!! This never even crossed my mind that this could happen! I’m still stressed out about this whole thing. They have the location of everywhere I was that day including my HOME! It could’ve been a simple mistake but still… Thankfully I was able to start a return.

These earbuds are absolutely amazing. The Airpods Pro are some of the best sounding, feature-packed earbuds on the market. The noise cancelling works well. Transparency mode is the one I use the most and it does wonders for increasing your awareness. The sound is on par with wired IEMs that I purchased. As for damage, it seems that the only damage is a couple of scuffs here and there that aren't too visible. However, the reason to buy these are their absolutely bonkers value. These cost less than half of the new Airpods, and perform similarly. You don't get original packaging, wires, or eartips, but the earbuds are more than worth the $140 I paid for them.

Los audífonos si son originales pero están deteriorados, chillan al tocarlos y uno de ellos tiene una peor calidad de cancelación que se pierde por un rato

Fallo el cable de carga no alimenta. Los audifonos tienen mas grande su parte que va en el oido. El orifico de los oidos es mas pequeño.

La cancelación de ruido no funciona adecuadamente.

Llego sin gomas de repuesto la batería no dura
