I purchased this 7" HD Portable CarPlay Screen last summer, and it has exceeded my expectations! Setup was incredibly easy—just plug it in, and it’s ready to go. No complicated wiring or tools required. The touchscreen is bright, responsive, and user-friendly, making navigation effortless. I use this exclusively with Apple CarPlay, and it works flawlessly. The wireless connection is seamless, allowing me to access maps, music, and calls without any issues. One of the biggest advantages is its portability—I can easily transfer it between cars, which is a huge plus. I haven't installed the backup camera yet, but even without it, this device has been a fantastic upgrade. If you're looking for an easy-to-use, portable CarPlay screen, this is definitely worth it. Excellent product and very easy to setup. Purchased for one of my older cars that did not have backup camera or Android Auto. Watched a video to connect the backup camera and wire to the reverse light. System itself was easy to connect. I used the audio cable for ease of use. Screen is clear and very easy flowing with accurate touch. Definitely a good value for money.

I purchased the 7" HD Apple CarPlay Portable Touch Screen as a gift for my father-in-law, and he absolutely loves it. His car doesn’t have built-in Apple CarPlay, so this was the perfect way to bring some modern tech into his daily drives without needing to replace the entire stereo system. My father-in-law quickly got the hang of navigating through apps like Maps and Music, and he’s been impressed with how clear and intuitive the interface is. The 7" size is just right—not too big but large enough for him to see directions and controls easily. Setting it up was straightforward. It comes with a sturdy suction cup mount that’s stayed in place even on rough roads. Pairing it with his iPhone was simple, and the wireless CarPlay feature works flawlessly without any lag. The built-in speaker is decent for calls and directions, but he’s been using the aux connection to play everything through his car’s speakers, which gives a much better sound experience. I reluctantly ordered this multimedia player since it seemed too good to be true at this price. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of set up and how user friendly it is. It does everything it promises! The screen quality is very clear. It is easy to see during the day and has night mode so it's not too bright after dark. It also comes with a few different mounts which makes it pretty convenient to mount the way you're most comfortable. After using it for a couple months, I ordered three more as Christmas gifts. Every recipient was excited and quickly grew to love it as much as I do (one of them belongs to my 80 year old mom!). I've also had inquiries from others that may turn into additional purchases. The only downside I've found is that the sound quality isn't great but it's sufficient for the price. I would not hesitate to recommend this product or purchase it again in the future.

***Updated review after having for over a month*** Returning because mic quality is poor. When asking if I want to reply to a text, I say no, and it sends a text reply back to that person saying a random word I didn’t say. Also it sends the contact name in every text which is annoying. My partner has a 2015 Chevy Equinox. We didn’t mess with the backup camera because you need to mess with wires and we didn’t like that. So not sure on how the camera looks yet. It’s very lightweight so easy to move around. Excessive cord, so that can be good or annoying. It turns off when the car turns off, which is great. The sound quality is what you’d expect coming from little speakers. It works fine, but any sound coming from the CarPlay itself, doesn’t play through Bluetooth. It was easy to set up and connect through Bluetooth. It didn’t give you a code like it shows on your phone, but I just agreed it was the same code and it connected. CONS that I have noticed already: When you send a text via voice, it sometimes sends even the contact name (shown in video and picture). Also when you use the voice to text, it pauses your audio, and then doesn’t resume it. We have to manually change the car audio to the radio and switch it back to Bluetooth to hear the audio. Will update in a month. But so far, it’s decent. Hoping it works better when we mess around with it more.

I wanted Apple CarPlay so I was going to buy a head unit that fit into the A/V enclosure on my 2014 Corolla but the cheapest one I could find was around $170. I almost bit the bullet and did it but then I found THIS very convenient option. For almost 1/3 of the price and offering the same funcionality as a complete permanently installed head unit and MUCH more versatility in terms of installation location, adjustable viewing angle and EXTREMELY easy installation, this was a VERY good purchase! And, its PORTABLE so I can use it in any vehicle I choose and have CarPlay!! No complaints at all so far!! I have now been using it trouble-free, every single day since I bought it around 4 months ago and dont regret it one bit!

Radio works great, love how it connects to the phone, very easy installation. Camera quality isn't the best, it is manageable though. With how cheap this radio is you can't expect the nicest camera. If you're looking for the best backup camera this is not that, but if you looking for the biggest bang for your buck then this is 100% what you should go with.

It looks and feels good, the screen mirroring is very poor but the apple carplay and android auto are functioning well, the build quality is as expected, i do recommend this product but don’t raise your expectations so high.
