I have a small online business based in graphic design and publishing (I use Canva daily). I use this laptop for work and for casual browsing. It’s amazing how nicely it works given the price. I have no problems with it. That being said, if someone is a programmer, gamer, or does something else that requires more power than graphic design, book editing/ formatting, or browsing YouTube and reading articles, you’ll probably need a more powerful laptop. I love that it’s lightweight, portable, and has a sleek design as well. People who are in-the-know about Macs can probably tell this is an old model, but I don’t care about that. It’s aesthetically pleasing and timeless. Also, the accurate on-screen colors that you get with Macs are pretty important for graphic design, and this laptop is fast so long as I don’t have too many tabs open at once. This is perfect for me.

compre este producto con la ilusión de que me funcionara para mis estudios, el día de hoy me llego y aunque el computador externamente esta en excelentes condiciones a la hora de prenderlo me desconcerté al darme cuenta de que aparecía una pantalla negra con una carpeta con signo de interrogación y en la parte inferior el correo de apple support, de inmediato al ver que no funcionaba escribí a Amazon para que me ayudaran con la devolución y la única opción que me dieron en ese instante fue una etiqueta de devolución pre pagada con un costo de 256 dólares en mi país mas de de un millón de pesos casi igual que lo que costo el equipo inmediatamente solicite una llamada para que me ayudaran con una mejor solución de me contesto una mujer desagradable con un tono de voz alto y servicio al cliente completamente deficiente, me dijo que eso no era problema de Amazon y que esa era la única alternativa al pedir que me mandara con un supervisor me dijo que no lo haría que no era su trabajo y que yo no lo necesitaba que si no me gustaba su Alternatiba que ya no era problema de ellos incluso me amenazan con bloquearme la cuenta y reportarme cuando le pedí nuevamente hablar con un supervisor después de eso simplemente me colgó de mala forma, intente llamar nuevamente y me dijeron lo mismo. solo dire que en mi caso el producto es completamente inútil y me parece fatal que una compañía como esta trate de esta manera a sus clientes y no les pueda dar una solución viable. y que tras del hecho un producto que aunque es de bajo precio no cumpla si quiera con la función por la cual fue creado me parece completamente desagradable pido al vendedor me de una solución no puedo pagar la devolución y tampoco quiero perder el dinero que de verdad me costo conseguir para el equipo.

The MacBook Air is a great value — lightweight, fast, and easy to use. Battery life is excellent, and the screen quality is sharp and clear. Only downside is I wish it had a touchscreen.

Love it. Perfect size. Looked new. Fantastic price for a Mac. Have recommended it to friends and family. I wish I could find a pretty case the right size.

Received my item in “Test Mode”. This displayed as soon as I turned the laptop on. There were no instructions included. Luckily I was able to figure out the generic test mode password and exit out of test mode. There is also a thin pink line on the side of the screen that has been there since I first turned the laptop on. It never disappears! May be an easy fix but I haven’t figure it out yet. This is suppose to be an excellent condition Mac book. Everything else has been running smoothly. I think maybe having the instructions would have made this a four or five star review. That was the only issue with this purchase.

I ordered this MacBook Air from PLATINUM DEALS, I hate when people forget to mention the seller because that makes a big difference when ordering used products. I bought mine in (Good) condition and it arrived earlier then expected. It's pretty close to perfect condition if not perfect! no scratches, dents or anything! I am really enjoying the computer so far, it runs faster then my windows pc that is newer. Yes it has to be updated and I had some issues getting it to push the update but finally I got it in, the Mac will only update to macOS Monterey so some apps from the application store will not work on this MacBook. For what I got for 149$ is excellent and I would buy used tech again from PLATINUM DEALS.

Amazing price for a very hi quality product

Carrier says it was damaged and returned to Amazon facility. No update since. I badly need this computer to get back to work and I can't afford buying another or more expensive one. Absolutely outrageous!

Computer packaging was impressive. Although this a 2015 MacBook Air it looks like it just came from the factory. Not a mark or dent on it. It runs perfectly. Why did I give it a 4? When you reach the page in the set-up requiring reading of license and privacy items you can’t continue and can only go back to the page before requiring your name and password. I had to google what to do. Apparently this had happened to quite a few others with this same model. Quick answer is to hit the skip notice near top of the page you go back to. Other than this the computer is a great buy from a reputable seller and I highly recommend it.
