I honestly cannot expect it better. I am really pleased. I read so many reviews that were like good and bad and I was scared for the bad ones cause what if I got one of the bad computers, but surprisingly for the prize I am very satisfied instead of paying $1000. I recommend this I say money comes and goes. If it doesn’t work, you can return it and if it does, it would be a good purchase.

Alright I’m returning so I’m not that mad at the moment. However yesterday though? Let me tell you guys how this went. - Day 1, Computer turns on is not updated. I update it to Monterey 12.7.6. (Charges overnight) - Day 2, Ran a test battery says critical condition. However the battery actually was giving me 4 hours which for a used MacBook that’s expected. - Day 3 I insert my jump drive into all the usb ports none worked, except the sd card. I reset the computer saw my usb drive come up. The screen went completely black. That’s the story. These computers are not even worth money. They should be given to children for free. What is an adult going to do with this?? You can’t even make a PowerPoint on here lol it’s so slow. Do yourself a favor and only buy Macs with M1 or M2 chips. Or else you are not in the eco system.

First off I would like to start with saying I am beyond pleased, I ordered this computer and read the reviews after the fact and got a little worried, there were a lot of bad reviews I saw and I didn’t know if I should’ve belived them because I have ordered a couple of renewed Apple products off of Amazon before and had no issues. Here is my experience: (I ordered excellent condition for $299) when I got it came bubble wrapped, with a charger and with a “case” (a computer sticker skin). I didn’t need to plug it in it was already charged and I turned it on and set it up, I did run into a problem accepting the terms of service, you have to go back and press set up I cloud later in order to accept the terms, I added my I cloud after the fact, I texted people and FaceTimed time to make sure it worked and it did (sound and camera quality is great) , everything on my phone transferred over immediately contacts, photos, Apple Music, recent messages everything! I didn’t know you couldn’t download apps like Netflix and YouTube, you have to search up the website online sign into it and then set it up as a shortcut and as you can see in my last picture I have everything added into my bar and I turned the computer off and back on to make sure it didn’t sign me out,so far I’ve had no issues with battery drainage it has been open for a long time and barely went down, I also switched over the default browser to chrome to make it easier to use for school you can download that online as well, the only thing wrong with it to my knowledge is the tiny tiny dot on the screen (second pic) it turns black when it’s on and white when it’s turning off and I really don’t care about it I paid $300 and these computers go for over $1000 so I could really care less, overall I love this so much and I’m glad I bought it, it is an amazing deal and really recommend it for anyone wanting one

I've waited a couple of months to write a review to make sure there were no immediate issues with the computer. It has performed flawlessly. The box it arrived in would lead you to believe is was brand new. Professionally packaged with all accessories in OEM appearing packaging. Some of the reviews would indicate that not all sellers meet the same standard but I couldn't be happier with this purchase and this seller

I bought this Mac for my daughter; the seller did not disclose the extent of the damage and none of the images showed any damage… there is a massive dent in the left upper corner and small dings around the edges of the base by the touchpad; the battery life is exceptionally low and my daughter is even seeing warnings pop up about the battery needing to be repaired or replaced. The computer heats up very fast and has issues with charging, although that may be just due to the charger itself. The original charger that was provided has broken and sparks when you try to plug it in, burning our charging sockets. There are what looks like “dead pixels” on the screen which turned out to be actual small gouges in the screen. The “E” key and a few others are worn out and fade. The computer was clearly not actually even cleaned before being shipped because there is a lots of grime in some of the crevasses. This was very poorly “refurbished” as it was just clearly sent out as is with little to no “fixing”.

Came super fast! Works like any MacBook should. Only thing I would advise is that it won't let you update your MacBook higher than version 15. Doesn't get hot fast. Great price for college students needing a laptop for schoolwork.

I purchased this laptop specifically to develop iOS apps, so I wasn’t aiming for anything top-of-the-line. That said, for the price, the quality is impressive. There are a few minor scratches on the exterior, but they’re barely noticeable unless you’re looking closely. Comes with Charger. UPDATE: I received a newer version of the MacBook Pro instead of this older version. Certainly not complaining, however do not be disappointed when you don't receive exactly what is shown in the picture. This is what I received: 13-inch, 2020, Macbook Pro w/Two Thunderbolt 3 Ports Processor: 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 Graphics: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645 1536 MB Memory: 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 MacOS: Sequoia 15.2

I don't agree with the battery being terrible , but the computer seems to be running fine so far . Would give more stars if it wasn't for me having to plug up 25/8 , I now have to get the battery replaced
