Click to play video i understand this is a refurbished computer but i did not expect is to be this terrible. there are dents in the back and scratches all over the front. the keyboard felt sticky and looked like it was from a different computer. the keys felts jammed so i took the keys off. when i saw what was under i was severely disappointed. it was by far the dirtiest ive ever seen a keyboard. paying over $600 dollars i would expect the computer to come at least clean. also when powering off the screen turns completely pink and then shuts off. i would have expected more and i thought i could trust amazon but this was a terrible mistake and do not recommend buying. i’m currently having to send the computer to apple to be fixed!

Came with not a single mark or scratch on it. Honestly can't even tell it has ever been used. Came with 104 batt Cycles on it or 92% Capacity. So not terrible at all. I did upgrade it with a side dock to get more ports on it. After it's perfect. The speed is still very snappy. I can't tell a difference between it and my m2 macbook air, and for the price, you can't beat it. If your looking for a portable work machine, this is the one for you.

So far it looks nearly new! The MacBook Pro works perfectly. It was not iCloud locked which was my biggest concern with a refurbished apple product but the price was right so I figured it would be worth the gamble. The body is in great condition with virtually no scratches. my only complaint is that the battery health is only at 85% but a battery swap is cheap and easy.Also the charger it came with is brand new but not apple original. I recommend if you're looking for a modern day Mac book pro and don't want to spend over 1k this is for you. It multitasks just fine. its light weight and the speakers are impressive. Shipping was really quick it arrived overnight.

Normalmente me jacto de cazar ofertas muy buenas, esta sin duda es la mejor que he alcanzado. Me costó menos de 11mil un día que estaba en oferta y no lo pensé mucho. A pesar de que tenía miedo porque anteriormente tuve una mac reacondicionada que no estaba nada bien, me llevé una muy buena sorpresa. La computadora sólo tiene un detalle imperceptible en la pantalla, es un golpe como si le hubiera caído justo un clavo, pero de verdad no afecta en nada. Fuera de eso está súper bien, la batería incluso está en 100% de salud. Me ha funcionado increíble. Llevo 5 meses con ella y la adoro. Es un excelente equipo por un increíble precio. Es cierto que comprar un equipo reacondicionado es un tiro al aire, pero si es en estado bueno o excelente, especialmente si está respaldado por Amazon, de verdad vale la pena. Si lo están pensando no lo duden mucho, de verdad excelente compra!

I was a little bit skeptical because of the few negative reviews. But the item arrived in pristine condition and aesthetically it is 99% perfect with one or two unnoticable scratches on the side. The device came with 100% battery health which surprised me greatly. Zero complaints after using this for a month. It can be a hit or miss with refurbished products. I would encourage you to buy this if you’re having second thoughts and you can always send it back.. so nothing to lose

En general bastante bien, a un mes de uso la verdad no se han presentado problemas, es mentira que viene con 16GB o al menos yo no tuve esa suerte, al abrir el equipo y usarlo por primera vez me marco un error en el sistema operativo por lo cual tuve que re instalarlo pero posterior a esto no me ha dado problemas, viene con una cobertura de apple care con fecha de caducidad del 26 de septiembre, no se como funciona pero habria que ver si es de verdad valida, fuera de algunos detalles esteticos menores es un excelente equipo, ademas el equipo me llego con unos 117 ciclos de carga y la bateria se encuentra en 98% el cargador a pesar de ser generico cumple su funcion, tuve la mala suerte de que la compra y al dia siguiente bajo 1500 pesos, sepan esperar las ofertas vale la pena este modelo, la touch bar una maravilla visual

Llevo 3 semanas utilizándola prácticamente a diario y fue una compra increíble, la agarré en una oferta muy buena y todo funciona perfecto, el Touch ID, las teclas y la Touch Bar, no trae detalles más que el que se aprecia en la 3er foto que prácticamente ni se nota, a comparación de otros que mostraron les había llegado con 16 de ram, a mi me llegó con 8, pero no me quejo si me llegó con una estética de casi 10, también me llegó con 90% de condición de batería lo cual me parece muy bien, que también como comentan viene con un cargador genérico, lo mejor es que le compren el original en mi caso lo pedí antes para usarla con su cargador y no arriesgarme a algún problema, la verdad muy satisfecho con la compra.

My MacBook came with only 22!!! charge cycles and in basically brand new condition. It also has a protective film on the upper outer shell which I think is really nice because now I don't need to do that myself! I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The M1 models are predicted to last well into the 2030's with proper care and maintenance.
