The watches are amazing. Kudos to Apple. This is our fourth addition to the family slowly pairing with wearable tech in Apple’s flawless ecosystem. So it’s not a product issue. It’s a seller issue. First off the watch came in as described. Forget excellent condition. I’m talking a-day-old brand new. They seemed to have worn it for a minute then throw it out. We seemed to have finally lucked out in the unpredictable world of refurbished goods. Premium Apple Watch strap and usb c cable to go with it. The overall bundle was good compared to our previous experiences of cheap alternatives. It further complements our experience from the moment we open that box as if we got more than we asked. But the device was never inspected as far as checking if the previous owner unpaired the watch. Charged it to find out it had a passcode and all. So it’s useless for us. How does it come this far in this process of inspection for the consumer to discover it’s locked? You’re saying not a person, however many, besides the customer turned it on? Us being at the very end of the whole process. It’s mint condition from the looks but seriously that’s what you call inspected and refurbished? I issue a ticket to contact the seller with brief information on my issue. With no hesitation do they approve my request for returning the item and refunding. But I don’t want a refund. I simply want a functioning product to replace this one. I’ve no problem returning the item as long as I am compensated for what I intended to get. Nothing more nor less. I spent days on Amazon to find the one only to send it back? I won’t be lucky enough to get the same condition but what exactly does Amazon certified refurbished mean? Did they even turn on the watch to see if it’s reset to resell? I’ll send them the whole bundle with it’s premium strap and cable but will I be able to receive the same kind of premium the next time I attempt to order? I risk not returning them as that automatically disqualifies the whole refund and original packaging thing. I am confused. I’m not losing anything besides the time to return the item and the time to create this review but it looks super shady when they don’t bother to dispute my claim as if they’re doing no good and have no other option but to refund or face bad exposure to questionable business practices. As in their sources are probably thieves. Be warned. I’m opened and asking for returning business and they’re quick to answer with closure as the conclusion. Let that speak for itself as how things seem.

I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The watch itself looks absolutely brand new—there are no scratches, dents, or any signs of previous use. The only difference was that the box had been opened, but everything inside was neatly packed just like a new unit. High-quality product at a better price. Highly recommend!

Pensé que al ser reacondicionado llegaría con rayones o golpes, pero nada que ver, solo llegó un poco sucio, lo limpié y quedó como nuevo. Me llegó con 100% de batería, muy contento con la compra.
