This watch was refurbished. In pristine condition. No scratches. Like new. Came with a charger cable and two different size wrist bands. I had Apple Watch Series 3 before this and this is definitely a nice upgrade without paying the full price. It doesn’t come in the original box and doesn’t have directions but the phone/watch will tell you exactly what to do and how to pair even if you never had Apple Watch before. I’m fairly aktive and the battery lasts about 1,5 day but I charge them every night anyway. Highly recommend

Play Video I received this item on 7/14/23. It came with the watch, two size bands, and the charging chord but no charging block. The item was completely dead and needed charging. Once I was able to turn the watch on, someone else’s entire iCloud was still paired to the item. I had full access to email, text messages, and most concerning I had access to their wallet (credit cards, IDs, flight tickets, etc.). The name on the cards is “Johnny Appleseed,” which leads me to believe this is a display watch. When I tried to “erase all content,” I could not even click on the button. When I tried to connect to wifi, the watch would not pick up my home network. When I tried to turn the watch off, I could not click on the “power off” button. When I hard restarted the watch, the paired phone did not erase. When I tried to hard reset, I could not get past step one. The watch has been on the charger since I opened it and today, 7/17/23, it is STILL only at 65%. The watch is useless to me. Amazon Renewed allegedly “guarantees” that a product is “professionally inspected and tested” before it is sent to the purchaser. That clearly did not happen in this case. I reached out to the seller the same day I received the item, and still not response. I believe the seller knew exactly what they were doing when they sold me this obvious display watch. This seller is a scammer.

It was a gift for my 11 old son. I wanted to have a connection with him when he is out of home. It works pretty well, but sometimes it lose service, but it is more mobile problem.

Sorry but if you're selling a refurbished watch as new, the battery should not have to be replaced. It clearly states in the settings that the battery is at 79% and the battery needs to be changed. Better to buy a new one at apple!
