I got a refurbished Apple iPad Air 4th gen in the sky blue color and everything about it is perfect. It works great, looks clean, and runs decently. The only thing that bothers me is there seems to be a spot where something was previously engraved. It doesn’t affect how the iPad works at all, but you do have to get over it since it’s a bit ugly. But overall I think it’s definitely worth buying.

I was scared to death after seeing some of the reviews *AFTER** purchasing, however, the tablet came exactly as described. No dents, No scratches, everything working perfectly. Easy set up, good graphics & audio. I have never owned an Ipad before, but the battery seems to die a little faster than a Iphone would. Not enough to keep from buying the product though. All in all it's a good buy. The product was originally engraved and the store engraved a box over it.

We purchased this iPad on 7/1 and it was delivered by 7/3 of this year. We bought it because it stated that it was a guaranteed amazon certified refurbished. This also came with a 90 day guarantee. I used it everyday with little to no issues during this time period. However, shortly after the 90 days passed the problems began. The iPad started to power cycle randomly. It didn't matter what the battery charge was at or if it was even plugged in. I admit I should've called this sooner, but until it stopped charging I wasn't thinking much of it. It worked "enough" of the time that I could still get things done. After it stopped charging I immediately scheduled an appointment at Apple to see if it could be fixed. I was past the 90 days, and was hoping it was something easy. Nope! Apple ran the serial numbers and it turns out that this iPad had been returned to them a year ago for the EXACT same issue. They said it was a hardware problem that was unrepairable and the iPad would need to be scrapped and replaced. They also said that there was no evidence or record that any work had actually been done on the iPad. The employee at Apple even stated that it seemed scammy and fishy that this was even sold to me. I immediately contacted the seller's customer service, it was incredibly difficult to actually get a hold of a representative. I'm not sure if Amazon is the cause of the difficulty or the seller's. I will say, they responded quickly once we were able to figure out how to start the chat, but they were minimally responsive, and simply said that since this product made it past 90 days, there was nothing that could be done. We have not been able to get them to answer or even work with us since then. This review should be a warning to buyers. I would not purchase anything that says "refurbished" from this seller. It's also frustrating that this somehow got Amazon's certification on it as the issue was apparently never fixed.

We ordered this refurbished iPad as being in excellent condition, and were disappointed to find it had a cosmetic defect. The seller was very quick to respond to our inquiry and very quick to offer additional resolutions to avoid the headache of a return. The iPad aside from the cosmetic spot is in great condition and started right up. It did arrive with only 2% battery left, which isn’t a huge deal, but worth mentioning. I will also note the iPad when entering setup had come up with a message that it was already partially set-up. This required a wipe of the systems memory (which the iPad can do with the touch of a button during setup) to continue with a new setup. After the second boot up we were able to successfully set the iPad up. I appreciate the sellers quick response to our inquiry and, aside from the defect, the quality and value of the iPad.

Great refurbished item. Came fast and was a good price. Looked fairly new with no marks or scratches on it. The color is very pretty. Storage is a nice amount and the screen is so big. Perfect for procreate app and I bought a pen for it. They did send the wrong charger and sent an iPhone charger instead of a c type charger which is what the iPad uses. I did write them about it and they apologized and gave me 2 options. They would either send another charger or refund me 15 so that I can buy one faster. I took the second option and got the 15 refund to purchase c type charger myself. So customer service was great and they wrote me back quick within 1 minute response.

I mainly use it for watching shows, and it’s perfect for that—the screen is vibrant, and the sound quality is great for such a compact device. That said, I did notice something unusual. There’s an old engraving on the back, which I’m assuming is the name of a previous owner. It looks like they tried to cover it up with a silver line. While it doesn’t bother me since I just put a case on it, I can see how some people might not like the look if they prefer using the iPad without a case. Still, for my needs, it works perfectly and offers great value for entertainment purposes.

Excelente compra, excelente producto, respuestas al 100, en cuanto a la entrega se tardo en su entrega, pero llevo sin ningún detalle, parecería nueva, salvo por la etiqueta que le pusieron en la parte trasera, como los demás llego con cable y cargador genéricos, los cuales se tardan en cargar al 100 el aparato, el cual responde como nuevo, no se le nota ninguna avería ni mal funcionamiento del iPad, muy contento con la compra, pero mas con el precio que se pago por el!
