after getting the news from the apple store that my ipad pro for art kicked the bucket and could not be repaired, i was beyond heartbroken. instead of paying some $400-$800 in store, i turned to refurbished ipads online, and i'm so beyond happy that i did. for a very reasonable price all things considered, this ipad works like brand new. i'm beyond pleased at how well taken care of this ipad is, and i'm even more pleased with its performance. no scratches on the screen, no dents whatsoever and works like a charm. super happy with my purchase, thank you so much!!

My daughter loves this iPad Pro. The battery doesn’t last quite as long as a new one, but that is to be expected for one that is several years old. It is cosmetically in excellent condition, and the battery lasts enough for what she does with it, and it can always be plugged in. Overall, it’s a great value.

The iPad arrived well protected in bubble wrap and came with a charger. It looked perfect out of the box. No scratches or blemishes. I could never tell its renewed and not brand new. I turned it on and the battery was at 99%. Easy to set up just like a brand new item. Battery life is amazing. Sound/microphone work great. It’s super fast when downloading or streaming. No complaints at all and the price was great. I’ll never buy new again!

I was extremely apprehensive in buying a used device. I was very surprised though, currently typing the review on the tablet and it works like brand new. Other than shipping with a few dings that are easily covered up with a case I bought I have now complaints about the structure of the device. I have been using it for a week and a half in Ireland which is the main reason I bought it. The only major issue is the battery is very much worn out it works for a while but the charge does go down rather fast. I ran a smart battery app and say “very used”, so other than needing to keep it close to a charger I am satisfied. I didn’t think I need an iPad but it’s been my tv for the whole trip. I am happy to have saved about $300 too also came with the right wire but a %3rd party charger which is fine. No issues on my end.

Do not I repeat do not purchase this I pad bad decision, I have given them more than enough time to make this right and not give them a bad review. I bought this for my daughter who turned 12 and from day one it cuts on and off on her. She is so disappointed and im so mad I made several attempts to contact the company by email they replayed once and now the phone mailbox is full also (I wonder why). I even took the ipad to the apple store to see if they could do anything and they came up with nothing came back nothing was wrong with it so I have to buy her another one, but looks like it will be a long time before I can get a refund or never seeing one as I cant get no one to answer me back this is a bad buy

I love it, I can read things better than on my phone.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas 2023. She absolutely loves it. I haven't noticed any scratches or dents, works perfectly and charges fast

Works great, my only complaint is the battery life. It could be 100% charged before bed and by morning it is dead even being on airplane mode. I use this with my cricut machine and it works beautifully.

Pretty awesome! It did came with a few very little scratches at the back though, but apart from that everything was good.

I looooove it so much! It nice, clean, does not look use at all. I buy the apple pen, and it's so useful for art, design and other! Love, love, love it!

For ne, I found with the Ipad they don't come close to the Samsung tablet...the screen is not as clear as Samsung...and they want control what you download with their apps only...you can bypass their system but a pain in the butt. No offense I own Ipods, a Iphone and love them but they need to change their options on downloading apps.
